About this villa rental
Casa Felice is a beautifully restored luxury Tuscan villa with 5 double bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Some extra beds can be arranged on request.
Each bedroom has its own different style and character and en-suite bathroom with wonderful views. All 5 bedrooms have modern air-conditioning.
The interior of Casa Felice is large, bright and spacious, with two large sitting rooms - One on the first floor and one on the ground floor. The is Wifi connection throughout the property and in the first floor sitting room there is an iPod sound system with large flat-screen TV.
There is a large kitchen with all mod cons and a beautiful centre isle with sink, and a separate dining room with table and chairs to enjoy meals, with optional cooked evening meals on request at an extra cost.
Outside there is a large pergola, and beautiful landscaped gardens with wonderful views of the surrounding countryside and of Cortona on the hill. There are several outdoor areas for eating "al fresco", or just relaxing with a drink and our beautiful Tuscan sunsets .
There is a large private swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas with a terrace area to the side. The pool is security-fenced and complies with recent Italian legislation re safety and cleanliness,
Casa Felice is located just a 10 minute drive to the historic medieval hilltop town of Cortona.
The villa is also perfectly located for visits to Rome, Florence, Montepulciano, Gubbio, San Gimignano, Lake Trasimeno, Montalcino, Pienza, Siena, Assisa, Pisa, and more. The Villa is located 1 hour from Florence and 2 hours from Rome. The nearest airport is Perugia airport which is a 45 minute drive. Florence airport is one hour and Rome and Pisa two hours. The villa is also perfectly located for people wanting to take advantage of fashion outlet shopping in Italy; only a 30 minute drive form the villa is the famous Valdichiana fashion outlet where you will find many international designer labels at heavily discounted prices.
We can organise a private chef for you at the villa, organise mountain bike hire, Italian lessons, cooking lessons in Cortona, boat rides on lake Trasimeno with food and drinks, and any other visit or tour.
