About this house rental
Welcome to our unique, beautiful, tucked away house in Chesterfield. Set behind others with open plan style living. Ideal for Peak District.
We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer being just 10 minutes walk to the town centre and 10 minutes drive to the fabulous Peak district. Its also just round the corner to a variety of great pubs / bars / restaurants / takeaways (The Brampton Mile).
Spiral open tread staircase may not be suitable for younger children / elderly. (You are requested to contact owner for advice before booking especially if you have children under 10). 4G / 5G wifi router at house.
As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. It has radiator central heating.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and a music player.
There is a small private courtyard garden with easy chairs. A lovely suntrap for relaxing.
Although in brilliant close proximity to everything, with limited outlook, many people comment how surprisingly quiet it is.
This house has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4 adults.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
The second bedroom contains 2 single beds.
There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The second bathroom has a toilet and sink, a bath and a walk-in shower.
Linen, towels and a hair dryer are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are off-site parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property without prior discussion. Please contact owner.

Our cleaners are providing an enhanced hygiene service for the forseeable future.
Due to close proximity to neighbouring properties - No partying at property. No hen / stag / same sex groups. Security cameras monitor areas outside the entrance door and public areas. Deposit money can be used to compensate neighbours for noise / nuisance at discretion of owner.
Booking can be terminated without compensation if more people occupy than stated at booking.

The property is in a very central location, 5mins walk into town. Spacious property comfortable and had everything we needed. Plenty of pubs and eating places a few minutes walk away, beware the pubs will not allow kids in after 8pm. Ideal for short drive into the peak district. The owner was easy to contact and very helpful, we recommend a stay here.

The property is in a very central location, 5mins walk into town. Spacious property comfortable and had everything we needed. Plenty of pubs and eating places a few minutes walk away, beware the pubs will not allow kids in after 8pm. Ideal for short drive into the peak district. Hidden Gem
Great property, all you would need for your stay. Short walk from town centre with all its amenities. Chatsworth Rd is a great destination to spend time in with loads of pubs and eateries. Very easy to find.

A spacious, quirky and comfortable property in a great location.
I booked this place for 2 weeks for family visiting from Australia. There was plenty of room to sleep 4 adults comfortably upstairs and plenty of downstairs space for socialising.
The location of this property was just great, plenty of shops, pubs and take-aways all within walking distance. The town centre was only a 10 minute walk away and some of the main attractions of the Peak District only a 20 minute drive. Parking on the road outside the property could be a bit limited during the day, but evenings and weekends not a problem.
John the owner was very friendly, easy to contact and quick to respond to any queries.
