Location is great
Staff didn't seem interested. My room 107 had a view over the back and there were lots of cigarette ends on the ground just below the window The bathroom fan did not work, the hotel was too hot
Breakfast was a total disaster .I was told we could come down for breakfast and not need to book. The bar (where breakfast was being served)all the tables were cluttered with dirty plates etc. The one table that wasn't was also dirty.Expected us to pay for it there and then - changed our minds and went into the town centre for breakfast
On spending £166.50 for 3 of us and no breakfast included - totally overpriced

Only had breakfast one day but it was probably the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. Absolutely delicious
The only thing was we arrived back late one night & our key cards didn’t work on our room & nobody was on site to slove this. Had to wait an hour for manager to come to sort it. But impressed that she got out of bed at 1.30am.

The hotel is nostalgic part of local history, as well as our own family history.
3.6
The location close to the Tilbury cruise terminal ( a 10 minute boat ride away). The pub in the hotel. Many restaurants and shops in the neighbourhood. Very friendly staff.
Temperature in the room. Too hot at certain times. Only bath no shower, which is a bit dangerous for older people.

Fantastic staff and very clean
I liked everything
3.6
Good location, comfortable
Way too hot. All areas were too hot. It’s December but all areas too hot. Could not sleep even though we turned radiator off. Toilet made a lot of noise when flushed
3.6
Location was excellent.
Shower was really powerful.
Staff were nice but hard to find! Went to get a drink in the bar but left after five minutes as nobody turned up!
Room was 'dated'. No shampoo / shower gel in the bathroom.
TV remote control didn't work.

Great value for money, very clean and cosy, single room with modern ensuite bathroom. After arriving at 9am from overseas, I was able to check in early and even had breakfast and a cup of tea made for me.
No where to put toiletries in bathroom. Not a deal breaker though..

Nice location, comfortable room, good value, pleasant staff, parking.

Apartments are good for hanging out in with friends
it’s a bit tired everywhere

We had porridge for breakfast, it was very good - a bit sweeter than we usually have but the mixed berry topping was great. The bathroom was immaculately clean and appeared to have been newly renovated. The young lady on reception ( originally from Zimbabwe) was very friendly, chatty and welcoming.
Can't think of anything we didn't like, but it would have been an improvement to have had a second bedside table and more shelving to set things on.

nothing

Location was brilliant. Great view of the River Thames. .. There was plenty of space in the apartment. .
Not enough cutlery and the curtains in the lounge area didn't close and we're hanging off their curtain rings.

Breakfast could have been quicker, but it was freshly cooked and good size
Room rather hot. Portable fan was in the room which suggests room hot in warm weather

location
Very under staffed
3.6
The desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable. These were the only staff that we met.
The room was comfortable and large enough. Toilets and showers were adwquate.
Gravesend is not the most pleasurable town
3.6
The breakfast, was absolutely delightful, as was the location.
Unfortunately the bedroom was more than warm and had to put the fan on , otherwise other than the dull view of the yard, the room was lovely, with every conceivable extra, available, including a microwave and fridge, pity I couldn’t of slept in that 😂.

Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Very convenient for us. Great views across the Thames to Tilbury Fort. Parking across the street. A decent pub close by.
Nothing to complain about.

I loved the location as very neat the river and also 5 min away from the shopping centre
I booked two apartment the big one was fabulous, the small one was too small and uncomfortable and very warm inside.
3.6
Excellent location, convenient for town and promenade, and only 5 mins walk from the Tilbury ferry.
Room was shockingly overheated, (I stayed in July) , it was not clear where the heat was coming from. It affected everywhere on the 2nd floor. The management had supplied a small free-standing cold air blower but it made no difference to the temperature. Also there were no curtains, only a flimsy blind which was useless at this time of year when it gets light at 6am. Altogether poor value for £72 room only.

Location
No TV remote
Paid gif breakfast when fgs Jed in. Had to leave early next morning unexpectedly and no one on reception or anywhere to speak to to return breakfast voucher and get refund.
Left a note and door cards explaining and asked for telephone call to discuss, no call received. Charged for breakfast not taken.
Private function until 2am which disrupted sleep, not made aware of this prior to booking.

Very clean….although bathroom had a strong smell of bleach which was so overpowering.
The bath tub had water in it which filled at least 1/3 of the tub.
The apartment did not have any wine glasses despite having a fabulous wine chiller!
Tv in the bedroom did not work
Was expecting balcony for the price which I paid

Friendly staff
The room was very hot, the hotel did have fans in the room, but the sleep was uncomfortable during to the heat 😴
3.6
The location was perfect with the 24 hour parking
I thought it said on the website Continental breakfast included (but it wasnt) the room was so hot, like the central heating had been on even the door handles were warm to touch, fan barley worked, so nights sleep was very uncomfatable.
3.6
Ir was clean.
The apartment was ill equipped, for example only one glass for 2 people staying. Only one cheap roll of toilet paper provided for our stay. No hairdryer. Furniture needs upgrading.
3.6
The value for money was exceptional! We had a whole 2 bed/ 2 bathroom apartment and paid less than some small rooms in other hotels. The location was amazingly close to the main town and the apartment felt like a second property! It had high ceilings, was very light and airy and had a nice modern touch without losing some of it's original character. It was amazingly spacious you could swing a cat around in each room (please don't actually do this!). The hotel is right next to the river so we had fantastic views. Amazingly for a summer getaway! We'll definitely be staying here again.
We didn't like that we couldn't stay for longer! Our time was short but fantastic.

Location was good didn’t have breakfast
Shower rail needed fixing no bath mat not as good as premier inn
3.6
No breakfast needed, location ok.
Room was very hot, not able to leave window open as we had rubbish bins just outside. Also I am only 5ft, getting in bath for shower was quite difficult, walk in shower would be better.

Hotel looking shabby. Room very small for the price

Location,
all was good , felt the hotel was quiet empty and to get some repeat business, a river side view room could of been offered rather than charge me £20 . which i declined. Totally understand thou . just a minor comment. staff who checked me in was extremely helpful and polite.
