About this house rental

Brand new luxury townhouse walking distance to Langtree Mall and Restaurants. Build was completed Dec-2019 so is brand new!! Quality built, there are 3 BR (2 with queen beds and one with two singles) and each has a ceiling fan. Beautiful kitchen and generous pantry. Two living areas including a open dining living off the kitchen. Two bathrooms including a large 1800mm bath in the common bathroom. Reverse cycle zoned air conditioning and heating. Outdoor under-cover patio with 4 burner gas barbeque and six seater outdoor setting. Large double carport with rear lane access.

Fantastic property for our 2 week holiday. House was very clean and spacious, very comfortable beds, very well appointed and attention to detail by the owner is fantastic. Great location to river and town. Highly recommend the property and look forward to staying there again in the future.
