Bel appartement au centre de Nîmes

Appartement spacieux, calme, bien équipé. L'emplacement est parfait : central à Nîmes (15 mn à pieds maximum de la gare et des monuments). Conciergerie très réactive et efficace

La casa del terror

La ubicación es lo único positivo

El alojamiento está destrozado, el lavavajillas está roto, la cama hundida, la tapa del WC rota, las puertas de los armarios se descuelgan, el taburete roto también, a penas hay menaje…. Pero esto es nada comparado al acceso que tiene y la INEXISTENTE limpieza. Nos dejaron unas sábanas sucias con pelos, fluidos humanos y heces. Había un dedo de polvo en los muebles, y los 2 vasos que habían estaban con posos de café. He de reconocer que el baño estaba más o menos decente, La calefacción a media noche se apagó y estaba programada por lo que era complicadisimo volver a encenderla. Tengo fotos de todo y por suerte en seguida notificamos al alojamiento (no contesto nunca) y a booking, enviamos las fotos y los vídeos y por suerte después de 10 días hemos conseguido que nos devuelvan el fondo (¡¡¡¡¡¡de nada menos que 400€!!!!!!)que pretendían ROBARNOS ya que el alojamiento dice que todo eso lo hemos hecho nosotros y que llevábamos nuestras propias sábanas para desprestigiarlos (no se que gano yo haciendo eso) Ha sido una estancia para olvidar, suciedad extrema, mantenimiento cero y un frío polar. Mucho cuidado con este alojamiento!!!

once in the room, super comfortable and great accommodations. we just never wanted to go in and out

the location!! fantastic!! great restaurants literally outside the front door. la Laconia, amazing Italian food, nice staff. and Cali Kitchen, great breakfast and lunch. great food.

the entrance and steps are being worked on. they are literally treacherous. No lights, pitch black. one light worked but it was 14 feet into the door to activate. awful for my elderly mother. we had to move her to a different location

The location and interior decoration were lovely

You had to walk in through an alley with no light and a building site to get into the property. Builders were outside at 8am every morning making noise up to 80 decibels in the flat, which meant we couldn't sleep in or stay in during the day. It was right outside the bedroom window, they left mud all downstairs so our shoes got ruined. They also had their tools all over the stairs so it was quite hard to get down the stairs when they were working. Keys were hidden in quite a hard place to find and satan was written on the wall of the building we collected the keys from

Very poor to our expectations with the money paid compared to the 7 accommodations that we booked via booking.com durin

Location.

Unbelievably hot, with only a ceiling fan. 2 out of the 3 windows can not be opened to let the warm air out. Loft with the double bed is an oven when we stayed during summer. Many of the facilities are out dated except the kitchen related ones. Instructions for wifi etc are not readily available. Dirty towels were also left used which made us unsure of whether we could use the ones seemed to be clean.
