You will find a 6-room house spanning 250 square meters across two levels, featuring a comfortable and tasteful decor. The living/dining room boasts an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, satellite TV, a hi-fi system, and a DVD player. The spacious kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, five ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, a cooking island, and a fondue set for cheese. It also has an open-hearth fireplace for decorative purposes and a dining table. The kitchen leads out to a terrace. There is a separate guest toilet on the ground floor. The upper level comprises five bedrooms: one double bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, shower, and toilet; one room with two beds; one room with a 160 cm French bed; one room with two 90 cm beds and a set of bunk beds, along with a separate toilet and shower; and another double bedroom with a 160 cm double bed. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower and two separate toilets. The property features oil heating and natural stone floors throughout.
