Comfortable apartment but service could be better.

Spacious, and comfortable, liked having 2 bathrooms

Management was very rushed upon our arrival and did not answer our questions. Would have preferred shower curtains to contain the water within the shower area instead of getting water all over the floor in the bathroom. Master bedroom had a urine soiled comforter folded in the closet which caused the apartment to smell like urine. Despite receiving confirmation of our transport to the airport, the driver was never informed to pick us up.

A marvelous wwek in Athens

We were 3 couples and the apartment is excellent for this. It really is spacious and we specifically liked the location, in a quiet, typical neighborhood but still all the sights easily reachable by foot. The manager was very helpful and available, both before the trip and during we were there. His restaurant recommendations were great!

Idéal comme point de départ pour découvrir Athènes, sans les nuisances sonores de la ville.

Appartement spacieux dans un quartier calme. Cuisine bien équipée et 2 salles de bains. Supermarché à proximité. Bars et tavernes à deux pas. Station de métro à 10 mn. Literie confortable. Accueil chaleureux à l’arrivée. Transfert depuis et vers l’aéroport bien organisé.

Intérieur un peu sombre car les stores ne se relèvent pas (mécanisme probablement mal graissé)

Comfortable, cool flat close to buzzing central Athens

This is a lovely flat in a great location with loads of great cafes and bars nearby. It's also an easy walk into the centre of the old town to see the sights or to enjoy a rooftop cocktail.

The kitchen was a little basic, it did the job, but was limited in terms of equipment and space. Some larger glasses would have been appreciated. We ate out so wasn't too much of a problem.

The apartment was spacious on 1st floor. Good location with walking access to Filopappou (less than 5 mins walk) and Acropolis area (15 minutes walk). Metro 10 minutes walk. Many supermarkets and grocery stores close by. Friendly meet and greet by hosts. Very good communication with hosts.

Apartment facilities need updating to make stay more comfortable.

Good value and homely apartment for up to 6 people in great part of Athens with a helpful host

Good value apartment in a great location right near the Agora, Acropolis and Parthenon, plus restaurants, cafes etc. Clean and comfortable with an eclectic collection of decor and a welcoming, helpful and super responsive host. Comfy beds, Netflix to get through the jet lag, washing machine and everything you’d need for a medium term stay. We were very happy with it.

Hot water system is a bit fiddly and annoying though good heat and pressure once you get the hang of it. It’s an older apartment so floors and doors a little creaky.

Stay with family

The apartment was very specious and comfortable. Good value for money. The staff- Romain explain with a map what should we see in Athens. The AC was in every room what was great! There is also an elevator, so it is easy to get your luggage on 1st floor. On Friday there was a food market on the next street from the apartment - nice local experience.

The showers should have curtains or glass - when you take shower the whole floor is wet. As aparment is in old building there is a queaky floor. .

Charming flat in a neighborhood close to all the sights; great for families.

Host was friendly, waiting for us on arrival, and gave us great recommendations of places to eat in the surrounding neighborhood.

The first day we had no hot water, but only because we weren't aware we needed to turn on the hot water heater. Problem was resolved with a simple chat to the host.

Great location, close to everything you’d need for an excellent stay in Athens.

Spacious, great location in Koukaki, nicely decorated, excellent air conditioning, great coffee machine and TV. Host, Hanni, was very helpful and gave us great recommendations for Athens.

Kitchen very basic. The single beds not the most comfortable.

Perfect central Athens stay for our group of 6

This was a great spot for our group of 6 to all be able to hang out together! We loved being here together and the layout was convenient with 2 bathrooms at opposite ends of the house. We walked to the Acropolis and to many destinations of the city from the apartment. Long walk but we all managed! But overall a great apartment for a larger group. Had everything we needed for a quick stay in Athens, including a clothes washer so we could do a bit of laundry, and AC which was a necessity!

Our only complaint is that in one of the bathrooms, the upper mount for the shower was broken so you couldn't put the shower head up, so it was essentially a hand-held shower which none of us liked. The bathroom/shower situation was kind of tricky but I understand that's somewhat typical in Greece? Also the hot water situation (turning off / on etc) was a little confusing but we managed. The water can get VERY HOT so be careful!

The property was perfect for our family of two grown up sons and my husband and myself.

We were well briefed by Hanni who met us at the apartment on our arrival. We found the apartment to be very spacious and clean. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Showers lovely and powerful. Would definitely stay here again.

A little walk to the main centre (maybe 10 minutes) but this was absolutely fine for us.

Host very friendly, provided information on tourist attractions and best places to eat. Arranged taxi for pick up drop off.

Some of the furniture was broken and bathroom doors couldn't be locked and hard to open and close, which is very minor considering the price and location

Good value

Spacious apartment in a very vibrant Koukaki district. You can feel like local, great restaurant, nice shops and all most of major Athens attractions are in the walking distance. The apartment is spacious, clean, with updated showers

Kitchen can definitely use some work, would be nice to have a microwave
