The hospitality and services was next level, however the walls and yard need serious attention.

We were overwhelmed by the hospitality of the lady at your place. She was friendly and accommodating. Her open personality made us even more at home. Eish I forgot to take her name. Thank you very much. We had an awesome stay. We will recommend it any time.

We did not like the dirty walls of all the bedrooms, it needed a layer of paint. The front of the yard outside needs serious cleaning. The name on the border wall needs also another layer of paint to refresh it up.

bad bad

the blankets were nót washed you could smell someone’s armpit. Also the Nyaope comes inside to collect the cans and it was not safe for me and my kids. The door is a see through some at night might see what’s happening inside and it was dirty under the bed with tissues and condom papers.

I had a good stay, it was just a one night, if I had to elongate my stay, I would have definately do

It was only bed(accomodation) that was provided. The location was not easy to find, there was GPRS that rescued us.

Coolden guest house failed us extremely badly because we booked and paid seven rooms and they only let us ocupy 4 rooms .come repayment time the only refunded us 50% of the money and they are very rude when coming to resolve issues.they cant take responsibility and they blame it all on booking .com.we will never ever use service of colden guesthouse nor is bookings. Com

If this place can be renovated before guests can visit,be completely renovated it will be marvelous.

Safety guaranteed

Rooms not as clean as expected.the rooms that I booked was no longer available,it made me think that the advertisement of Coolden was a lie.Bedding was not clean ,it's like it was not changed after the previous guests.No different apartments!!!

The place is very dirty, nit welcoming at all, the bedding n their beds are in a bad condition, the whole accommodation needs a renovation. I had to take my money back. Its even sand in the yard, no garden or pavement atleast.
