Perfect location for what we needed
The restaurant was unorganized. We were told by one person to sit anywhere then told by another we needed reservations.
Lighting in the room was dim.

Comfortable bed. Great location. Close walk to Mullet Arena.

Lovely hotel but as for the room (408), the street noisy was... a lot... which made it very hard to both fall asleep and stay asleep. Additionally, tiles in the shower were broken - not just one tile, but an entire strip of tiles on the shower floor just beneath the shower heads.
Street noise was disruptive and made it hard to sleep. Bathroom shower tiles needed repair.

Perfect location on campus. The rooms were nice and the property was clean
The food that we ordered through the hotel was overpriced and really wasn’t that good. I almost sent something back, but I didn’t want to be that person. We ended up DoorDashing.
Even though I pre-paid through Booking.com, they had hundreds of dollars of charges on my credit card temporararily. Annoying. For that reason alone I’d never stay here again. There’s just no need to do that.

Everything was amazing. Truly. The room, the pool, the rooftop bar, the restaurant on the main floor, the decor, the staff. I can't say enough great things about the property.

Great location to ASU campus-nice areas to lounge with a cozy fireplace, games etc it was too cold to use the rooftop but we did enjoy breakfast
Parking was an extra fee

All the Alibi Staff were fantastic especially Sophia.
Our room was not as expected, apparently they ran out of the room type booked for the group, we had no time bf our first event to worry about the room we just needed to get dressed and back out. So, if they give you room 405.. refuse it.. unless you want car headlights and noise from the parking structure, rowdy people waiting for the valet to bring their car & cooking fumes throughout your stay… We had a very busy schedule of events so we were not in the room other than to sleep, shower, & change clothes unfortunately the bed was very lumpy making it also difficult to sleep so we were progressively more tired each day. We were there for academic & board meetings, sleep deprivation was not conducive for best brain function. One other thing, one evening we waited 10 -15 minutes to get the attention of the downstairs bar/restaurant staff person, he finally acknowledged us only to say they were now, that minute closed, very disappointing since we were there in time & hungry. Otherwise, most other encounters with staff were great, helpful & friendly/upbeat.

The Hotel Charged twice. They even did not look for the Booking.com Receipt.
after that they also charged me for breakfast, which supposed to be included in the total price.

AlterEgo the restaurant in the lobby has amazing food, highly recommend it highly, the ambience is also very warm and friendly. My only input is that is open on limited hours, would be nice to have coffee/drinks at least throughout the day

location and very nice hotel the beth room very well equipped.
Also i like the fact that it was pet friendly and can have my dog and they only collect a deposit just in case and the following day we had the receipt in the email for the original amount without an extra charge for our dog. Honest staff!!

the building was new
the air conditioning didn’t work properly and we couldn’t sleep well. the room alarm clock went off at 7am and ruined our sleep ahead of a long flight. the shower gel in the shower was empty.

This hotel was just ok . Not as impressed . The pool looked very cloudy and not very clean . The room floors felt dirty . Their electrical system in our room was weird . They had switches that were labeled and if you power off the switch that would shut off the power for that whole area . I didn’t know that so I woke up to a dead phone because that “master switch “ shut off the power around the bed .

Rooftop bar was lovely and the service by Hayley
was excellent. Location-wise, extremely convenient to ASU.

Did not have breakfast, but ate dinner. Food was great!
BARN DOORS FOR BATHROOM PRIVACY
The bathroom door would slide open.
The room was great, however the separation of the bathroom is by a barn door that slides open and does not give any privacy.

they had a room available
breakfast would have added $16 per person. room was on the 5th floor and street traffic noise kept us up most of the night. no mention online the only parking is city parking garage at $20 a night. $47 dollars room tax to pay for city stadiums and such I care nothing about or went to.
