Booking and finding a good place in Beaufort was easy. Communication with owner was good. The cleaning service did not have all linens from previous renter cleaned. The utensils were sparse...cleaning service shoud advise owners of shortage. I understand people take things....but it should be ready for next guests. Everything else was fine

Not super clean but it was honestly great.
I would recommend this place to others.

Enjoyed spending time in area where we used to own property ( we used it as a timeshare as well) and being reacquainted with church friends. Owner was very attentive to an issue with a TV ( replaced it) and helpful in any questions we had

Conveniently located, cleanly & roomy space.

This location was perfect for our needs and the set up worked great for the family members staying here. Our only issues were the instructions said there was DirecTV, but we could not locate that. Also, when trying to log in to one of the apps on the TV it wasn’t connected to the internet which prevented us from using the TV. The lamps in the living room were unplugged when we arrived. Will check availability here when we have future similar needs.

Clean and spacious close to parris island. Can’t go wrong with the rental

This lovely townhouse was nice to stay in. Very short drive to MCRD where my son graduated, becoming a Marine. Everything in house was nice and plenty of stuff to use. The cleanliness of townhouse was very good except the toilet in hallway was not properly cleaned. I happen to rent not knowing about a water outage for 4 hours that was gonna happen. The 3rd day i was there for some reason the water backed up in kitchen sink and dish washer. I did call the reality group and she said she would handle it. I guess knowing i was leaving in the next morning and it was late in the evening is why no one came by to take a look at anything. Also not allowed to grill out so kinda hard to cook meat unless you just use the oven. There is a indoor grill but it is broken and didnt want to use it. Kerug on coffee pot works great but the regular coffee pot doesn't open. Not a fan of Kureg. Do not use the decorative towles hanging in bathrooms or you will get charged. Just dont put them in bathrooms. Driveway for 2 compact cars can fit. Glad i didnt drive my truck or it would have been on road. Overall it is a pretty quiet neighbood and very nice townhouse. I recommand for short getaway. The agent was very prompt on answering my calls and very pleasant to talk to. Thank you again for renting out the townhouse.

Guidelines provided about what not to do which everyone needs to know. The towels that we should use were not left out. One dish towel in kitchen doesn't work and no dish cloth. No sweeper to clean up with unless there was one in the box in closet did not open box. and entrance into condo not inviting. Most of lighting didn't work.

This condo is spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable and you’ll have everything you need to feel at home. It is also the perfect location if you are in town for a Marine Corps graduation in Parris Island. We also enjoyed the shops and restaurants Beaufort has to offer.

Absolutely loved our stay while in Beaufort. The house was perfect for me and my daughter. It was clean and the host was more than welcoming and easy to get a hold of. We were so sad to leave and look forward to booking with them the next time we visit Beaufort.

Great property
We stayed here for my daughters bachelorette party. The home was better than expected. I missed the email for check in instructions The property owner was quick to respond and resend me the email. This home and neighborhood were excellent. Everything was in close proximity. We will definitely rent this home again. If I could give more than 5 stars across the board, I would.

The property was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Attractive
The condo was very clean and well appointed. It was a comfortable space for 4 people as the bedrooms were spacious as well as the closets. Since there were only 4 seats at the dining room table, it would be awkward for more than 4. The kitchen was well stocked, but needed more dishes and silverware. There were more than sufficient glasses, pots and pans, and cooking utensils. There was an abundance of cleaning supplies and the pantry was nicely stocked. The location was convenient to both Beaufort, Port Royal and Parris Island. I would recommend this condo highly.

Wonderful, clean, convienent
My sister and I decided to take a sister's trip as we have never really traveled that much together and as adults. The last time included our mother about a year before she passed. My sister and I both have had wonderful experiences separately in the Beaufort are so this be was a perfect time and place to go to. The accomadations we're great. Very clean, updated tastefully, supplied well, so convenient to so many activities. We had a great time and enjoyed the home very much. It was perfect for the two of us but could be very comfortable for even a larger crowd.

The place was an excellent choice. It was clean and in a great neighborhood.

Perfect for our family stay for military graduation
I would highly recommend this VRBO for cleanliness and accessibility.
Everything that we needed was either at the house or within a 10 minute drive. Very close to USMC Parris Island for easy access to gate.

Perfect commute to Parris Island
Perfect location to stay for my son's PI graduation. Comfortable for the 4 of us. Loved the fact that was like 10 minutes away from base. Clean and quiet where we got the rest we needed for a busy day at Parris Island.

OORAH! Perfect location for Parris Island Graduation!
The house was very clean and great on communication. I asked about what type of coffee maker was in the house and hours later she sent me four images of the coffee maker. They also emailed me that I was over billed and that the refund didn't go thru the first time but would work on getting my refund processed. Would stay at this house again if I have another Recruit coming thru Boot Camp on Parris Island. Thank you!

Property was too close for us; we use to a lot of room from neighbors. It’s very clean but their was critters (roaches, flies and even seen black snake around balcony) made me feel uncomfortable!!! But overall it was a nice trip with the promptness of host assisting us on check in procedures!!!

Perfect lodging for MCRDPI Family Day and Graduation
If you're looking for a place to stay for your new Marine's Family Day and Graduation, look no further! Location is excellent (10 minutes to MCRDPI), cancelation policy is very reasonable when you're not sure you should book too far in advance in case of changes in your recruit's graduation date, and owners/managers are very responsive. Would go back just to stay at this location and enjoy Beaufort and nearby Hilton Head.

Open spaces in house, quiet, friendly neighborhood. Convenient and close to everything nearby. We loved the area restaurants, sites and farmers market on Saturday. Lots of independent, local businesses which makes the whole experience unique. So happy we visited this area.

Great stay!
My husband and I rented the property for an anniversary trip to Beaufort. Great property! Very clean and close to everything. The property had plenty of room and came equipped with everything we needed and more. Property manager was great to work with. The only suggestion I have is to get rid of the decorative towels. They are pretty, but it would have been nice to have more room to hang the ones we were using instead. Thanks for a great stay!
