This upstairs unit has two bedrooms with two attached full bathrooms, and a sofa sleeper in the living room; comfortably sleeping up to five people. Unlimited parking and no noisy tenants above you, will make for the a stress-free trip. Countless retail and restaurants are within minutes of where you’ll be staying.

Off of the popular, Cherry Road, this is close to the freeway with easy access to neighboring towns like Fort Mill and a quick 20-30 minute drive to Charlotte, NC. Carowinds is a close, popular attraction (although, closed due to COVID-19). There are several parks, trails and nature to be discovered close by.

The host and place were great! The only thing that was a disappointment is the pool looked like it hasn't been opened in years.

The property was perfect for two people. Other than needing a few more hangers and more than one hand towel per bathroom - it worked out great. Good communication with the owner.

Location is convenient to campus and river activities. Comfy beds, great to have 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Excellent and thoughtful communication from host! Neighbors are quiet. Reccommend Ebinport Rd entrance.

Inside of renovated condo was nice and clean. Beds super comfy and hosts very responsive and helpful. However, not best neighborhood. If pictures of complex would have been included, probably would have chosen different property. TV situation is all your own apps and we wish it would have been communicated more clearly prior to booking.

This property is an older apartment complex that is not well taken care of on the outside. We didnt feel safe especially walking to the unit at night. On a good note the inside of the apartment was very nice and looked newly renovated.

The property was clean and nice, however the doors over the laundry and hvac area had been removed and were under the bed. It was very noisy every time the hvac unit ran.

My husband and I stayed at this property while we were in town for a wedding. The check-in process was very smooth and the condo looked exactly like the pictures. Everything was very comfortable and there were a lot of food options nearby. We really appreciated the guest book the host left with recommendations for food and nearby attractions. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again!

This property was my first experience using this app, and the property manager was nothing but incredibly helpful in providing me and my friends with a straightforward, enjoyable experience. We rented to attend a wedding in nearby Edgemoore. We arrived later at night and access to the property was simple and easy. We lost power at one point but the communication between host and renters was fast and very helpful. There is stuff to do around but we traveled little farther for more choices

Great trip and a great place to stay. Clean, comfortable, convenient, and the little touches of home was so nice. A couple of minor suggestions...instead of white wash clothes I would put in colored one. The white ones were clean but were somewhat black looking. Also the towel rack in the master BR was falling off and the master bedroom chain for the light was missing. But overall...so comfortable and clean. I would rent here again. Great price!!
