Clean and good location

The location of this hotel is perfect, very easy to reach and is just beside many restaurants and bars. The stuffs are friendly and helpful. I stayed in a single room, whichhada goode space for working and some rest. The only concern is it's neat the Abb , so you'll be woken up around 7 am by the bells - just like most of the Middelburg residents.

location is perfect and the stuff is very friendly !! they have a kettle and a espresso machine in the room which is very nice in cold weather !

nothing really big , but the wifi signals in the single room that I stayed was weak , although understandable as it’s a corner room

Good for a short stay in Middleburg

Great location - right in front of the City Hall. It is in a pretty good restaurant - recommend to try their mussles. Cozy room. I like that they have recommandations of the local cafe/bakery in a leaflet. Lead to another good experience.

Toilet - too small, too little space Bathroom - the position of the shower head is just not right.

Great central Middelburg location.

Great location in the centre of town. Easy to get to the market, shops etc. staff were super friendly. Great that they provided a fridge. Bed was super comfy and shower was good.

Just so people know when booking, The hotel is above a restaurant, so you need to walk through it to get to your room.

Great place to stay and see the sights.

Right at the city centre.

I found it a bit close to the bell tower which sounded every hour which would be normal. Ear plugs seemed to work.

Smooth and straightforward stay.

It's only a small hotel so don't expect lots of facilities but it's perfectly adequate with great location. So actually really liked it!

Great location and breakfast

The location is awesome: right in the middle of the markt! The first floor is a restaurant-cafe, so convenient. The staff are so friendly there, all smiles! The room was cozy, clean. The breakfast was amazing. The towels and linens fresh and clean. The view from my room was the best. For travelers who have physical limitations: the rooms are located 1 to 2 staircases above the restaurant. The room has those electrical metal blinds allowing for privacy sleeping in! I would definitely stay there again.

The wifi was weak and choppy at times. Not very convenient nowadays. My room was next to a balcony where guests could smoke. It was mostly quiet except for that second morning where obnoxious guests decided to smoke, chat and make calls there at 7 am. People being people…

Enjoyed my stay in this hotel and recommend it.

Perfect location in centre of Middelburg, breakfast was good and staff very friendly.

Internet connection on 2nd Floor was very poor.

Ideal for a short break in a central location.

The location was extremely central. You did have to pay for street parking though. The breakfast hamper was more than enough for two people and you could pick what you wanted in it the night before. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy.

Great! Would definitely recommend staying here.

The beds were excellent, very comfortable, modern renovated bathroom and shower, we had the deluxe room which was very large and at the back so also quiet. The breakfast was excellent, we were given a choice if items.

There seemed to be no lounge area besides the restaurant.
