Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 4-room terraced house that spans across two levels and covers an area of 103 square meters. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults and is furnished with tasteful and wooden furniture. On the upper floor, you will find a living/dining room with a Scandinavian wood stove, cable TV, a hi-fi system, and a DVD player. This level also has access to a terrace and a double bedroom. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower/WC, a hydro massage bath, and a sauna on this floor. The second upper floor features another double bedroom with sloping ceilings and a room with sloping ceilings that has two beds. There is also another shower/WC on this level.

The house is equipped with electric heating and underfloor heating, ensuring a comfortable stay during your vacation. The floors are carpeted, and there is a terrace with furniture and a box-room. The house also comes with a washing machine, a children's high chair, and a baby cot (additional cost may apply). Reserved parking at the house is available for your convenience.

Please note that this is a non-smoking house, and a smoke alarm is installed. It is important to mention that there is a separate holiday flat (DE9007.603.4) located on the ground floor of the property. The house is just an example of the accommodation available in the area.
