La atención fue muy buena por parte del personal. Muy atentos. La habitación era según lo ofertado, reciben TC para el pago. Hay parqueadero (realmente el andén del hotel) caben 3-4 carros y un par de motos. Todo muy limpio, buen desayuno. Recomendado.

Como está en plena avenida, pues, la experiencia del ruido de.los vehículos por.la noche, no es muy agradable. Los vidrios al parecer no son Anti ruido. Sí escogen una habitación interna, quizá la experiencia sea mejor. Por ese motivo mi puntuación no es 10.

Prestadores ilegales cobran IVA sin factura

Fue una estafa. Desde antes de llegar a pereira el personal del hotel de manera fraudulenta e ilegal hacía exigencias de dinero so pena de no sostener la reserva. Al llegar al hotel me ubicaron en una habitación de inferior comodidad a la ofertada en la página de booking quién se presta para encubrir a una empresa ilegal que descontó un IVA y no expide factura. Situación ilegal de robo en los clientes a quienes le cobran IVA pero no expiden factura y que encubre Booking.

No me gustó que booking esta del lado de los estafadores y encubre a los retenedores de iva que no los reportan a la DIAN.

Hotel cercano al aeropuerto, pero ruidoso

La ubicacion para poder acceder temprano al aeropuerto y el tamaño de la cama

El ruido... esta al lado de la carretera y las ventanas no protegen nada del ruido. Nuestra duchas no tenia alcachofa y en la habitacion de mis hijas entraron por la noche 2 personas confundidas con la llave de otra habitacion

Couldnt enter the room as the checkin time is not the one written in booking (only until 6pm). Sent in the city center in a hotel whose parking was badly located and even in a dangerous place.

Buen desayuno, camas comodas y buena vista

El personal deja bastante que desear, encontramos cucarachas en la habitación y se quedaron viendo unas a otras porque ninguna queria subir, al final solucionamos nosotras y no se ofrecieron ni a darnos raid. Los precios de las cosas que venden com un precio excesivo, el desyuno regular al igual que la atención. Nos dieron una habitacion en el último piso, nada cómodo subir y para 3 personas demasiado pequeño todo

El personal no nos ayudo en absoluto, no pudimos desayunar ya que nos íbamos antes de que empezase y no nos lo quisieron preparar antes. El ruido era horrible y la habitación tenia bichos y hormigas.

Worst hotel near to the airport!

The only thing I liked about this "hotel" was the fact it's 5 minutes from the airport.

To start: I reserved 2 rooms, and only one of them were ready by 5:15pm (it's supposed the check in is at 3:00 pm) We had to leave the building and come back 2 hrs later to put all some of our belongings inside the second room, whichmeans they are not checking in guests on time, and they charge $60.000 colombian pesos for ablate check in.. they only have cold water for showers, not even a drop of warm water (and i have 3 chuldren!!). Showers still with the previous used-melted guests' soaps. ONLY 2 TOWELS PER ROOM ( we're a family group of 6) People at the front desk were laughing too loud at 11pm. No elevator. Battle for a parking spot.

No respetaron mi reservación

Llegué al alojamiento tarde en la noche y me indicaron que mi reservación no estaba, a pesar de mostrar la confirmación de booking me dijeron que no tenían habitaciones disponibles así que tuve que buscar un nuevo hotel, al igual que otro huésped al cual le hicieron lo mismo. Pésima organización

Very noisy, avoid

Close to the airport - this was the only advantage

Noise from the street, both sides, when we asked to change the apartment the receptionist said it would be even worse because there were busy avenues on both sides; in our room windows were not tight, sheets were dirty. I do not recommend.

La ubicación ya que esta muy cerca al aeropuerto.

Demasiado ruido ya que esta en una via principal. El precio de los snak, demasiado costosos. Se fue la energia toda la noche y no lo arreglaron hasta el dia siguiente.

Inexpensive and tidy but noise room.

Close driving distance to Matecana International Airport. The cost of the taxi to the airport was around four dollars at the time of visit. There is a nice coffee shop by the lobby, my friend got to tried it and he said it was very good.

The hotel is located on a heavy traffic avenue and our room was facing the street making it very noise until late hours. No hot water in the morning.

Very good

The room is clean and good for the price, and the staff is also lovely. You have a good shower, good water pressure and hot water. The beds are great and you can watch TV and all. The restaurant is good and they can bring the food to your room

It is really noisy because of the street noise, like cars and trucks. Even with the windows close. But given that it is close to the airport, it is a good option if you need to stay for one night to catch a flight. Also, they don't have an elevator but the staff took my suitcase up the stairs so that was great!
