Very comfortable and spacious apartment in a convenient and quiet area of Dorchester! Although check in wasn’t until 4:00pm, we were permitted to stay and enter our place after arriving early, which we greatly appreciated. The air conditioner works extremely well, which was a blessing on some really hot days! Beds were especially comfortable and the shower was great! We enjoyed our stay very much!

Clean apartment in multi family house. Beds were comfy. AC worked well. Close to museums, restaurants and coffee shops. Driveway parking spot was a huge plus.

Had a group of friends stay here and it was a great place for us. The area is definitely nicer than it used to be and there are a few bars/restaurants in walking distance. The house was clean and as advertised.

The appartment is a great location and safe neighbourhood ! Reserved Parking spot is a must ! Sunny when you wake up and we appreciated the A/C as Température was really hot outside! Grocery and beer shop closed ! Approx 30 min drive from downtown traffic

Location was great! South central Boston. Seemed no matter where we went, it was about 2 miles away. Ran around Boston Harborwalk, highly recommend. Caught a Sox vs Yanks game. Sugar Bowl Cafe was right around the corner. Went there for brunch each morning. Owners were very friendly. Looking forward to making it back there!

Great stay at this house, it was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The listing was accurate. Perfect place if you’re going to a Red Sox game! We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay again!

This place was perfect for our family of 6. Rooms were comfy and the owner provided lots of extras like paper towels, dish detergent, etc. Not all VRBOs provide those small necessities. There were several stores (Target) and restaurants within walking distance. It is also a short drive or Uber ride to Fenway and the Seaport. It was one of the few homes in the area with a driveway for parking which was AMAZING! The TV did not have many channels which isn't a big deal unless you are a sports fan. Overall, we LOVED this place and can't wait to stay here again.

We were in town to celebrate my Nephew's graduation. It was a great location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Home was very comfortable and met all of our needs.

Good centrally located property for seeing all the sites in Boston. There are two spaces available for parking cars which is nice since parking in the neighborhood would otherwise be a problem. Renters should be aware that there are dogs that bark during the day located on the first floor when the owners are not there. It was not a problem for us since we were touring Boston most of our time while in Boston.

Absolutely loved staying at this property. We stayed in autumn where we enjoyed the tree lined residential street where this lovely house was. Excellent access to public transportation which we used throughout our 10 days stay. Cosy warm clean and inviting can’t say enough about this amazing house.

Apartment worked really well for our group. The apartment was just as pictured on the site. We were visiting Boston as tourists, having the T stop just a short walk away made traveling to core Boston/ Fenway/Harvard easy. We felt safe going to/from the T. For anyone looking for a great restaurant, just about two blocks away, highly recommend 224 Boston.

We loved this property. We took advantage of the parking spot and rented a car. That ended up being a good idea as I was able to zip back and forth to my son’s dorm to pick him up every day and we were able to explore a little further out of the city. My favorite thing about the place was how streamlined the process was and how clean it was. I’ll definitely try to get this place again when I go back

Perfect location for a visit to Boston! The apartment was much bigger than we anticipated - perfect for my husband and three teenagers so they were not on top of each other. Full kitchen, washing machine/dryer that helped us a great deal. The apartment had everything we needed! It snowed during our trip and our host made sure we could safely exit the driveway - great communication from him - very nice and friendly and didn't mind my frequent questions. I look forward to staying here for our next East Coast visit!

The beds were so comforable and the kitchen was set up with so many helpful appliances, dishware and flatware. We made extensive use of the livingroom TV. The location was spectacular for the local restaurants and proximity to attractions.

The property was clean and spacious and had everything we needed It was the 2nd floor of a 3 story house and the floor above was very noisy all night on one of our nights there. The heat was provided by radiators andee had some trouble getting it to come on 2 of the nights. It was nice to have off street parking in the driveway and the neighborhood seemed safe and nice. Would stay again.

The place was clean and well appointed. Good air conditioning. Host was very responsive. Would definitely recommend. Only issue is that I didn’t see in the listing that this is a second floor. Lastly, while we easily walked to the T, we didn’t feel fully comfortable walking back at night and used Lyft.

My families vacation to Boston was amazing!! We stayed for 3 nights and had the best time. The apartment was spacious, clean and travel to the city was simple. Henryk was extremely responsive and helpful. I highly recommend!

We loved the location...there was a bus at the end of the street that took us to the subway station but the station was also within walking distance to the station. There were a couple of small markets nearby and a Target within walking distance as well. I loved: access to play in the backyard having a washer and dryer in the unit a good size kitchen 3-1/2 bedrooms a parking space for my car I have never needed an air conditioner where I live and when I couldn't get the ac to work, I contacted the property manager. He responded quickly via email and was at the front door shortly after that to show me how to use it. We were all very appreciative! Only one bathroom, but I knew that going in. I would definitely use this place again if I ever return to Boston.

This was a great location for us to stay while in Boston. The bus stop was only a 5 min walk, and the Andrew subway station a 12-15 min. walk. Having the parking was perfect for the couple of days we had a rental car, because street parking would have been tricky. It was an adjustment to have 7 people use one bathroom, but we managed well enough, and it was nice to have multiple bedrooms so that we all felt like we had some personal space. Henryk was great to drop off a few supplies that were running low and always responded to my messages. Overall, it was a great home-base for us while visiting.

Traveled with my extended family to see my oldest son graduate from UMASS Boston. Wonderful second-floor apartment in a quaint row house. Quiet neighborhood with walkable access to groceries and restaurants. Glad to have a private driveway for our car on a tight street. Very receptive and pleasant host. Wonderful stay for four of us, and we will definitely be back again soon!

My daughter lives in dorchester and this location was walkable to her so it was perfect. We really loved having the driveway as parking in Boston can be challenging. We would stay here again!!

There was plenty of room for six of us and we had everything we needed for the short stay. Having off street parking was a huge bonus given how busy the street is. The only thing that would have been better is an extra bathroom. I would also have liked the front door to the building to be lockable but it was kept open due to there being other units.

The property was spotless and well equipped. Great location! Quiet. We had an issue with wifi and the owner responded rapidly and the problem was resolved very quickly. We would definitely go back to further explore Boston!

Great place for myself and three buddies. Ice maker could work faster but ice is fairly cheap so no big deal. TV was difficult for this techno challenged group of 60 year olds, but we managed to get the NFL games we desired. A/C was a whole different story. Even with the property managers guidance we couldn’t get it to adjust. Little issues that affected our trip barely at all. Thanks!

I stayed here with 3 other friends during a trip to Boston and it was a great little place to stay. There was a brewery close by which we loved and it was close to public transit to get around Boston and get downtown. The place was well maintained and clean and the host was great at getting back to us if we had questions. We didn’t really need any of the kitchen amenities as we were only staying for a short trip but it was nice the option was there. Only suggestion I have is to put some socks or felt pads on the bottoms of the chairs for the kitchen table as they made quite a lot of noise when we tried to pull them out from the table, disturbing the tenants below us. Sorry about that! Would definitely stay here again!
