Prime location in the center of it all. Park your car and walk to the best that Carolina Beach has to offer- the Ocean, Restaurants (the famous Kate's Pancake House, Havana's, Britts Donuts, Michelangelo's Pizza, Coffee Shops, etc.) The Carolina Beach Boardwalk, amusement rides, grocery store, and Tony Silvagni's Surf School all within 1-4 blocks. Sleeps 8 and seats 12. Family friendly, spacious living area with 3 bedrooms each with its own private bath. Parking for 3 vehicles. Located on a quiet residential street. Main floor has open living room, kitchen, and dining. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, and a beverage cooler. Smart TV with high speed WiFi. Enjoy a cup of coffee or an evening beverage on the balcony in the fresh air with an ocean breeze. Top floor sleeps 8 bedroom 1 has a king bed, bedroom 2 has a queen, and bedroom 3 has a bunk bed and a twin bed. Bed linens and bath towels available. Laundry, hallway desk, a second Smart TV, and 2 more balconies. Outdoor area has a shower(hot and cold water for washing off sand) barbecue area, picnic table, and a grassy lawn. Great location close to most things you could need or want to do. House was as pictured. Clean when we got there. Could use more hangers in the closets, but that’s minor. Beds were comfortable for all who stayed.

The check-in process was very simple. The house was clean and exactly what we needed for a vacation! It was so nice to be able to walk to everything we needed-the boardwalk, beach, and restaurants. I would recommend this place to others and definitely stay again!

The Ocean Pearl checked all the boxes. It was clean, modern and spacious. Perfect location. Car stayed parked all week. Comfortable walking distance to the beach, the boardwalk and dining. Perfect seating on the upstairs back porch to view the fireworks! We had an issue when we first arrived, but Joree answered immediately and took care of it in a timely manner. Overall, a nice relaxing family trip. I would definitely stay here again.

This house is beautiful and in the perfect location. About a 5 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. A coffee shop 2 minutes away and one also across the street. Being just off the Main Street keeps it relatively quiet. The balconies were fantastic for enjoying morning coffee or winding down at the end of the day and listening to the music from the businesses of the main road.
Definitely kid friendly. Our 18 month old loved running the length of the house.

This is a great location. It's so close to the beach and the many local establishments. We were very happy with the location.
Our only caveat would be that, being so close to the previous mentioned establishments, is that there may be a problem with the noise level.
Regarding the noise level, it is based on the fact that it is so close to the main avenue, where the businesses have deliveries early in the morning.
This is basically a resort community, and visitors probably don't want be awaken that early in the morning.
This is just my opinion.

We stay in a beach house every winter for at least a month. This house was the cleanest of all the houses I have stayed at. The house is very large with comfortable furniture. I'm very picky about my bed pillows so I bring my own. We enjoyed walking across the street to have breakfast at Kate's pancakes. It's a very short walk to many restaurants and the boardwalk. The owner was very kind and quick to answer my text messages. I would defiantly recommend this beach house.

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was great and met all our needs. The property was neat and clean and had pretty much everything we needed. Several things that would have been useful would have been an iron and ironing board and hangers in the closet’s. The house is within minutes walk to restaurants, the boardwalk, and the beach.

This was my first trip to NC, Carolina Beach and I really enjoyed it with my family! This home and location was definitely a great place to stay at! It was close to everything you may need and the beach is like a 5 minute walk! We had such a good time!

Wonderful property that was within short walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. Live music and fireworks every Thursday on the boardwalk and several restaurants within walking distance. Joree was super responsive and available to answer any questions. I would highly recommend this property.

I would definitely recommend this home. The renovations to the home was nicely done. The home was very clean. The location was great and short walking distance to the beach. When you arrive, the beds are not made so you will have to make the beds (the sheets are provided). At check out I did not have a problem with collecting all the trash in the home but I did not feel it was appropriate to ask guest to roll the cart to the curbside if full. The trash was not full when we left but rolling the cart to the curbside should be done by cleaning staff. These items are not necessary but it would be nice to have an iron/ironing board and full length mirror.

House was very clean and had all the amenities. It looks exactly like the pictures. Location was great- very short walk to boardwalk, beach, and alot of different places to eat. Only thing I would suggest is tvs in the other bedrooms. Overall we had a great time (despite the rain) and would definitely stay there again.

Property was very clean and had everything we needed. Very close to town and could walk to many restaurants and the board walk. The walk to the beach was a little far, but very do-able! Had a little bit of an ocean view from the top balcony. Every bedroom has its own bathroom which was great. The only suggestion I have is to include a full-length mirror somewhere in the home to be able to see how you’re dressed.

This place is beautiful, just like the listing. The check in was easy and the location is close to everything. I have rented other places in Carolina Beach and so far this is at the top! Very clean, love that each room has it's own bathroom. Stairs are a lot if you are 'older' and no bedroom on main floor. Would have been nice to have a TV in the other two bedrooms but not a deal breaker, this is the beach😀.

Enjoyed our stay at Ocean Pearl! The two story house was clean, very roomy, up to date appliances, large dining area big enough for all of our family, conveniently located near the boardwalk and the ocean and we enjoyed the balconies. Happy with our choice in beautiful Carolina Beach! Definitely would recommend this vacation home!

We stayed at the beginning of September and it was amazing! The house is great and was very clean! Plenty of bedroom space with comfortable beds. Very nice open kitchen, dining, and living room area. Small but nice backyard. The multiple decks are excellent from which the beach fireworks can easily be seen! We easily parked 4 cars there and were even able to squeeze 5 at one point with some fancy parking. The location is the only thing better than the house. It's literally one block from a multitude of restaurants as well as only a couple blocks from the beach and the boardwalk. We didn't cook a single time because of how many great food options there were within 5 minutes of walking. The property manager was quick to respond and easy to work with. The only thing that wasn't perfect was that we had a 4pm check-in time but by 430pm that same day we still had not received any of the check-in information. I had to send the property manager a message requesting the codes to enter the house. They responded very quickly, but it should be the property owners responsibility to provide that information prior to the check-in time. Otherwise, 100% would recommend and will definitely be looking to stay here again!

Property has all the amenities needed to feel at home. Bathtub for kids baths and showers for adults. Lots of outside decks for evening drink or morning coffee. Kitchen has everything needed to cook breakfast, lunch or dinner. Restaurants around the corner and beautiful beach a few blocks away. Home away from home

This house is located just a few blocks from the sand and ocean. Our group of seven had plenty of space inside. The balconies are a great feature. We skipped the crowds and watched fireworks one evening from the two balconies nearest the boardwalk. The outdoor shower was beneficial and made cleaning up after a day at the beach super easy. We enjoyed this location and hope to be able to visit again in the future.

This property was great for our group! The house was beautiful and it was a great location. The beach closet was very convenient to keep out beach supplies and the couple of chairs and umbrellas kept for the guests were very helpful. The parking was great, we were able to comfortably fit 4 cars. The only thing I wish I knew was that that we needed to bring our own paper towels and trash bags.

Loved this house!
For the last 2 summers we have stayed in ocean front homes in Topsail....paid 4 times as much money but did have more people. We pretty much did nothing but beach and look at the ocean. This home was very clean. Looked like brand new shower curtain liners in the secondary bathrooms. Home had nice appliances and washer/dryer. This home is literally in the center of Carolina Beach. Location was great we could walk to everything...beach (short 4-5 min walk around the corner), restaurants, boardwalk, ice cream, etc. If we drove it was only because we wanted to. Loved the front deck...can see all going on and also the Thursday night fireworks off the back decks. Host was very helpful, responsive and quick to respond. We had a GREAT week!
