This place was perfect. Loved the river right out the deck. We sat and listened to the river, often. Perfect distance away from things. Big Fork is such a nice laid back town. We loved how easy it was to access Kalispell and White Fish, Tamarack/Lakeside, etc.. It was the perfect week away we are trying to get more rooms for next year.

The condo was exactly as advertised. This is a great location and a well-appointed property. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, clean and centrally located to everything in Bigfork and the surrounding area. The river running through the woods off the deck makes this place a home run.

Loved our weekend at this place. Perfect in all ways and right in the middle of whatever action exists in Bigfork! Can’t recommend this place too highly.

This is our 3rd time to stay at your lovely condo. We love the back deck with the comfy chairs and the rushing water. The condo isn't as fancy as some of the others that have been redone, but it's super clean and very comfortable. The furniture is all great, beds are good, and the price is better. But, I don't stay here because of the price, I genuinely love it! I don't have one single complaint. When we come back, I will stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at Bigfork and this unit is especially great for 2 couples as it has a bedroom/ensuite upstairs and a bathroom and bedroom on the main floor.
Well equipped kitchen and wonderful deck to view the river.

Hubby and I got away for a week. The location of this unit was just behind a cute little downtown Bigfork. The unit is well described. The only thing that would have been nice to have would have been a little fire pit or table on the back porch. The sound of the river running is so peaceful. You can walk down to it just a small ways. The breakfast place around the corner Pocket Cafe I believe. Stay here everything is about 30 mins away and worth the drive the views are beautiful.

So close within walking distance to a wonderful village town. Sound of river is so relaxing. Saw deer and osprey

The location of this condo could not be better. Very walkable to coffee, lunch and dinner restaurants. The private deck by the river is very enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed the weekend to watch my daughter and the Northwest Ballet Company dance Midsummer Night's Dream. The condo was awesome, especially the deck with the river roaring nearby. The ballet was awesome as well. We'll be back at Thanksgiving for the Nutcracker!

Great location and the patio overlooking the river was fabulous. Only hiccup was the check in tablet did not work. It was never replaced while we were there.

Our second stay at Quick WaTa
This was our second stay at this condo and we hope to stay again next year! Great location. Great condo! We come with a youth group from church. They stay across the street. The river out back is so beautiful. I got up early every morning and sat in the comfy chairs and read my Bible while listening to the water rushing down from the mountain. It’s worth staying if only to experience that. Lots of space, games in the drawers under the tv. Our grand boys love the marble game that has been there both times we’ve stayed. Easy check in and out. Thanks for a great week!

Noise complaint
All good except for the bands playing at the Garden Bar until 1 AM on Fri and Sat. You all need to be upfront with people and let them know that it is loud and may keep you up at night. Just be honest. Everything else was great, but that is a deal breaker for me and would never rent that again.

Great place to stay in Big Fork
We just returned from our 8 day stay in Big Fork. Getting to the condo was a breeze. The key is in a lockbox just outside the door. Checked in on the iPad on the counter and we were ready to have fun. TONS of space in this unit. Our 2 grand boys were in the units across the street at the American. We came with our church youth group and they rented all of the units there. The grand kids came over early every morning to play at our place because it was soooo much bigger than theirs. There were board games, and lots of little things for them to do. We bought a couple of games to play while there and left them in the condo. It looks like others did the same. It was fun to have so many already there. There was a fun marble run with a little box of marbles that they enjoyed every day, chess, checkers, Monopoly... The back balcony overlooks the rushing water, loungers with big cushions, So pleasant. We spent some of every day out there. Theres a gas grill there and cooking utensils which we didn't use, but looked almost new. There are 2 full sized sofas in the den and lots of kitchen space. The unit was very clean and we would not hesitate to stay again. You are right in the middle of everything! Loved it!!!

Nice location!
Enjoyed the soothing sound of the rushing river and watching the wildlife as we sat on the deck on a very lovely late summer weekend.
This was a perfect home base for me and my parents, who needed the wheelchair assessable property.

Perfect spot!
Wonderful condo, right in “downtown” Big Fork! Enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck over looking the Swan River after a great night sleep in the very comfortable beds. This condo has every thing one to enjoy time in this beautiful area. Located about an hour from Glacier, a few feet from a fly fishing shop, a quick walk to a fabulous breakfast place, and an easy walk to Flathead Lake. Can’t say enough about what a perfect place this is!

Wow. What a beautiful getaway.
With a stunning view of the Swan River, a LOT of open space and plenty of room for a big dinner, this place was top notch. The upstairs bathroom in the loft is awesome (both were actually) and the loft has a surprising amount of privacy, with a curtain that pulls and a lot of square footage upstairs. Beautiful!
