Not staying there again and my daughter goes to N.C A&T(Aggie Pride)so I’ll be there once a month

It was clean

Gets really rowdy and loud at nite..Called down to the front desk,they did nothing..Come to find out she was partying with the same ppl🤷🏾‍♂️

My stay was disappointing.

The staff was friendly a d professional.

I had ants in my room. Woke to the ants on the nightstand and our bed. It disappointing along with the breakfast options.

Pay me for doing the housekeeping job!

There was no shower curtain in my bathroom. I had waited nearly an hour for housekeeping. They never came so I went to the front desk and was given a shower curtain told that I had ti put it up myself!

It needs renovation.

The room was spacious and the satff was very friendly.

The carpet was dirty. At least it looked like dirty due to lots of staining. We paid almost the price of a resort for a very dated hotel. Breakfast was plain. Nothing fresh.

Staff was great. Room was not the cleanest. Location was easy to get in and out of.

Staff were very nice and helpful. The ladies at the front desk were the best I’ve ever had at any hotel I’ve stayed at.

The room was not very clean. Stains on the wall. Stains on the base of the bed. Stains on the carpet.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend or stay here ever again.

The staff was very nice and always welcomed you as you entered. Every morning somebody was cleaning the front lobby.

The location is a bit weary, homeless walking through the parking lot. No housekeeping for a 5 day stay. Breakfast is very minimal, but fine for the price you are paying. There was a terrible, foul smell on the fourth floor.

Good location for UNC Greensboro

It’s good for quick stays, but room didn’t have a lot of lighting, carpet in the hallway wasn’t tight (trip hazard), 1 slow elevator.

Too much noise. Especially someone near my room was horribly coughing throughout night during my stay.

I would stay here again. The staff was so pleasant that I would take the hard bed and stay here.

The hotel was very clean and in a great location. The staff were very nice and friendly.

The bed wasn’t too comfortable. That’s really the only complaint I have.

Great Value

Location - Very close to Koury Convention Center. Value - I was a bit worried about cleanliness/quality because the price was lower than other hotels in the area, but I was pleasantly mistaken.

We arrived after 3:00pm but some rooms were not ready and the staff were struggling finding rooms for customers (to be fair, a lot of group travelers booked on the same day). I wish there was a clock in my room.

The hotel was fabulous for the price. Staff were friendly and courteous.

Breakfast was perfect - with a variety of food for different people, taste, appetite, and ages.

Considering that we were there for only two nights, there wasn't anything we didn't enjoy there.

Todo muy bien. Hotel moderno, limpio y cómodo. Además nos guardaron equipaje mientras llegaba la hora del check in. Desayuno continental con waffles.

It was just terrible

I didn't have time to eat breakfast I left early to catch my flight I only stayed here cause my flight was canceled but the front desk person meera was very nasty and unprofessional the elevator was dirty and the toilet was not working properly and they couldn't get a plunger.

Our stay was good. The hotel and room met our expectations. The staff was courteous.

The coffee was decent.

More fruit choices, bananas were the only option. Bagels would have been nice also.

Pleasant facility and staff.

Good location. Polite and courteous staff.

Breakfast needs more hot options. Waffle maker was good but wished there were eggs, sausage/bacon. Also more fruit besides bananas. Caulk around shower was dark. Needs cleaning or replacing. Room 217.

Staff was friendly...

Room door wouldn't lock... Half light bulbs burned out... Had to change rooms after driving 12 hours... Didnt tell me up front I had to leave $100 charge in case of incidentals... Breakfast not very good...

Breakfast was adequate. Location was ok, close to some restaurants and easy freeway access

Cleanliness and upkeep of rooms. They charge a $100 damage deposit, yet it's obvious that they haven't fixed previous damage issues. I had a red stain on my carpet that I felt I needed to document with the front desk staff, otherwise I might be charged for it.

Good breakfast, Very Nice Staff. 4th floor room was good

The breakfast was continental so it was as expected (good). However, I wish they would have had multiple options instead of just a pork breakfast sandwich, maybe turkey.

There was a small brown stain on our sheets (looked like dried blood).

Very disappointing; would not recommend.

Overall, property was grungy. However, most of our room had been updated, but the bathroom floor was disgusting. Other guests (young people) were apparently partying and made a LOT of noise until after 1 am. Needless to say, we didn’t get a good night’s sleep

Reasonable price

No water pressure in sink. No hot water in sink. Room was small. Noisy people in hallway. No shampoo.
