The property was clean and very well-kept. Everything was as it in pictures. The host was very quick to respond to any communication. Streaming on the tv was great. Exceptional stay…would absolutely stay there again. The “bows” were super cute! My little grandson loved sitting in the back porch listening to the rooster in a bei boring house! ❤️

Newer home that is very comfortable and cozy. Beds are great! Lots of towels and linens provided. Kitchen is stocked nicely with pots/pans.

We had a wonderful stay at this property and it was perfect for our needs. We had a baseball tournament in Tyler, thus traveling with three teenage boys. Plenty of beds and showers for everyone, and space to sprawl out in comfort. Home was nicely appointed and very clean!! Beds were comfortable too. Conveniently located to various restaurants and retail establishments. Neighborhood was quiet. The owners allowed guests to use the garage which was perfect for securing smelly baseball gear to not have inside the home (a true bonus!). Having access to a washing machine and dryer was perfect for our needs also. The owners were very communicative and checked in on us to make sure all was ok with the property for us. We would definitely stay here again.

This home is beautiful, and the neighborhood is nice. It was the cleanest and nicest VRBO that we’ve ever stayed at! The host was great with communication, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

The house was super cute and very clean! Logan was very responsive to any questions I had. The house was very close to shopping and many places to go. If i ever have a reason to go back to Tyler, i would definitely stay there again!

The house has good curb appeal. Looks freshly renovated. The rooms were nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay. the only suggestion I have, is to remove the throw rug at the entrance. It is a safety hazard, very slippery. Aside from this little hiccup,I highly recommend this home.

The house and location was perfect. The only minor flaw; the cleaners didn’t do a good job ensuring the bedrooms were thoroughly vacuumed…our kids found things on the floor. But absolutely recommend staying and will book again.

This place was in a great location in the Midtown Hospital area. I’m originally from Tyler and it’s literally 5-15mins from everything.
The house is in a quiet neighborhood and had enough space for my two children. The enclosed backyard was great for summer nights. The house also had a well stocked kitchen.

Interior was very nice with a small fenced in back yard for pets!! This house is in an older neighborhood that has no visually appealing scenery from the house but like I said the inside is very nice! I would definitely stay here again if the need arises. Hosts were very easy to work with and the check in and checkout process was very easy as well! Excellent hosts that I highly recommend!

Can’t say enough great things about this property from ease of check in to the excellent communication with the property owner. The neighborhood was quiet with minimal traffic and close to attractions in the area. I wish we stayed longer. Would definitely book again when in the area. Gave me home away from home vibes.

The house was comfortable and the owners were very helpful. There was a small delay in getting in the unit upon arrival due to the lock but was corrected quickly by the owners. The unit itself is very nice. Probably will need a furniture refreshment soon. Location is in an older neighborhood but we had no issues.

Great experience from beginning to end! The house was a very nice new build and was well furnished. It was perfect for our family. The yard is fenced which was a plus since we had two dogs with us. Logan and Cameron checked on us via text the first day and were easy to communicate with. We will definitely be staying here again!

Overall, this was a great place to stay! Very clean, kitchen was well supplied, and there were lots of extra towels available. Check in and check out we’re super easy too! The neighbors were a little noisy late at night but other than that, we had no complaints!

I was very happy to see the back yard was secure so I did not have to worry about my little dogs getting loose and they were generous to allow my dogs to stay in their kennels while I ran errands and such. So much more desirable than a hotel! Loved it!

Awesome modern house in Tyler
Great property, 5 star stay. Absolutely everything we needed was in the house and it was super clean and cozy. They thought of everything and left plenty in the pantry for us. We didn’t need anything. Just a great stay. Logan was exceptional to work with, we even extended our stay.
