A Safe Choice

The staff were all courteous, dynamic, honest, reliable and helpful, Security was fine.. Fine location, great access to the rest of Lagos state ..

Management need to install new doors and locks to the rooms and suites, my suite had a broken door, lock. Booking.com should handle bookings payments from outside Nigeria, where bookings are made from overseas .. I am STILL trying to Verify whether my payment was finalised and I have NOT been contacted by Presken Residence hotels Accounts department or Booking.com There SHOULD be gyms at the sites.. The plumbing water pressure should increase, internet broadband service should never glitch Breakfast can be more inventive, expressive with better portion quantities ( all meals) .. Stock inventory should be better..

we had a good stay. We were given a bette room than what we had booked for but at same amount

The pool is nice and clean, we enjoyed drinks at the pool bar

complement breakfast was only for 1 person while we were 2

Mixing up with people.

Some staff

The staff I met at the counter on my returning counter money bslow the counter and told me it was incomplete. And never explained to me why I should pay 39k, outside that she was cool. She told me why I paid that amount. The last one the saw me out was cool with all other staffs I saw.

It was a good one.

I did not wait for breakfast.

My reservation was canceled without notifying me when I got there, they would have sent me a text message before canceling the reservation.

The internet wifi and electricity supply were constantly available

The breakfast was poor despite it was part of the booking. The staff should be thought the difference between complimentary and "breakfast and bed".

Size of the room , it was quite spacious and the air conditioner functioned very well...., I liked the extended balcony

The bathroom, and the fact that they were cobwebs in few areas

The breakfast was just there and I didn't like the fact that I had to pay for bottle water when I am entitled to breakfast

I didn't like that the hotel is quiet far from a lot of supermarket or stores you can get essentials and I didn't like that I didn't get a towel despite demanding for it severally

Good value for money.

The location and constant electricity. Manager ensured the breakfast I wanted was given to me after being denied for 3 days.

One of the staff phoned around 10.30pm demanding for money. Very inconsiderate and discourteous.
