My stay there wasn’t very pleasant

I requested a room on the top floor, but didn’t get it. The air conditioner leaked on the carpet & didn’t work on a very warm night…needless to say, I didn’t sleep very well.

I will recommend for my family and friends. It's nice that you can park next to your room.

Breakfast was good, beds were comfortable it was quiet at night, good shower and plenty of towels plenty lights in room.

All good. No complain.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay and the hotel was a very good value compared to surrounding hotels.

Room was clean, warm and cozy. I liked having a bar in the hotel. I also liked the exterior entrance so I could pull my car up to my room to load/unload.

Heat was not easy to control as it was an older system so the room could become too warm at times. The entrance door to the room was not easy to open/close. Although it was a plus that breakfast was included, they stop serving at 9am. It would have been nice to have them open until 10am but not a big deal. The bar/restaurant closed too early (before 11pm) and the wait for food was at least an hour and it wasn't very crowded. Also, their dishwasher broke. May have been related.

WOW !!

The staff helped us get into a different room after the first just wasn't right! The BREAKFAST that is included in the price was WELL WORTH IT also!!!

The first room smelled like smoke. Due to ppl.smoking outside and the return air vent being right there BUT staff changed our room without issue

Disappointed

Breakfast ok & Staff quite nice

Couldn't get into town centre without driving a no no as wanted a drink. No sidewalks wouldn't have stayed if known.Felt very trapped & isolated. Pool tournament in bar so not condusive to family relaxation. Like a motel with hotel price

Good place but no help in changing

Convenient and easy to book with Booking.com

I made a reservation but washed to change my dates instead of starting 3 nights I got transferred to another state last minute and only needed to stay want night. This property would not accommodate me for a refund on the other 2 nights.

Terrible,,,

Toilet did not work, no shower available, carpet was dirty. No remote for television, no manager available to report issues to. Stairwells had do not cross tape without alternate paths to rooms

Stay at hotel good, the restaurant needs to improve

Hotel staff friendly, breakfast good, rooms clean and comfortable. Availability of bar and restaurant on premises.

Although the start was promising, service, food and drinks at restaurant ended up sub-standard.

Decent for the price

The hotel is located in a good area with plenty of amenities nearby, the staff was all nice, the pool was great and I did like that my room had an outside entrance

I would have given it a better rating because overall it is a good hotel EXCEPT it could have been a little cleaner. The room has a musky smell and the bathtub looked like they forgot to clean it

It was adequate for what it was, but it wasn’t a very safe feeling environment.

Breakfast was fine, the staff was extremely friendly, but overall the hotel is not in great shape. There were bugs in the room, the bathroom was dirty, n the door wasn’t very secure.

Dirty room, bugs in the room and bathroom, the over all appearance was not great.

Great value for the price, clean & quiet.

Location was great to where we planned activities. It's very close to gas stations, restaurants, Walmart, and other stores. The Shoney's is right next door where we ate several times. Rooms were very clean, modern, NO BUGS (I always pull up sherts, look at mattresses, pillows, etc) , no shady activities in the parking lot, quiet & comfortable. There's also a continental breakfast. Good price & value.

The outside could have a bigger hotel sign as it was hard to see.

Inside my room it had stated that I would receive room service after 3 days of staying. My stay was only 2 night and I had not requested room service so to my surprise on my first morning there I had room service come walking into my room without my permission. I was in my car watching her, she knocked once and just walked right in who knows what would’ve happened if I was not there. Then I had to call both nights to complain about the same noise coming from next door. Also the breakfast was not good at all & the staff seemed more irritated with my complaints rather than sorry.

The ability to park right in front of the room.

When you pulled the bed away from the wall, there was crumbs and hair and all kinds of stuff on the dust ruffle. For future they should definitely either remove those or at least vacum them. Very gross!!!

nice enough, but because of an event nearby prices were up past what those rooms could justify.

clean rooms were the best feature and responsive and friendly staff

if there was WiFi, the network was even findable on the wing where my room was. in todays world that’s a big deal.

Acceptable for brief overnight stay

Coffee was weak. Motel was clean and orderly and in a convenient location.

Towels were as thick as two ply toilet paper. Shower stall was partial glass enclosure, so cold to stand in and water sprayed out on the bathroom floor tile making it a slip hazard. Bathroom needed more towel rods or hooks to hang wet towels. Scrambled eggs for breakfast tasted like sawdust, expect they were powdered eggs. Don’t bother serving them.

easy to find, clean, up to date, comfortable bed, pleasant staff.

weird building. we were in an add on section that the windows faced a hall with a brick wall. that area was dark, cold and spooky. very strange design.
