Det ligger fantastisk med den smukkeste udsigt. Lejlighederne er moderne og helt i top. Ejeren og andet personale er utroligt hjælpsomme og imødekommende.

We had a lovely stay at Fontevita

We spent two lovely weeks at Fontevita. Our apartment was spacious, very modern, very new, nice and clean upon arrival, with plenty of wardrobe space and a kitchen area with basic utensils. In the intense heat of July the apartment was still cool, even without either of two AC's going, one situated in the main room and one in the bedroom. A smart TV in each of these rooms with easy access to our Netflix account, was also a nice feature. The owner was very welcoming and friendly. He speaks very good english and seemed sincerely interested in our stay to be as comfortable as possible. The pool area is kept very tidy with free sunbeds, parasols and beach towels upon request. The ocean is only a short walk from the apartments, down a concrete pathway. In July the fine pebble beach was crowded, but a ten minute walk in the direction of Brela made a lot of difference; less people and lovely clear water.

During a two week stay I guess bed sheets could have been changed more frequently. But I'm quite sure they would have been had we had the wits to ask for it. We missed a toaster for our breakfasts. However, when we mentioned this to the owner upon departure, he apologized sincerely, as a toaster would have been provided upon request.

Perfect view and relaxing stay

The apartment was perfect, very modern, clean, an astonishing view from all windows and the balcony, great staff and owner was very helpful. The pool and patio are very nice and the beach and restaurants are just a 3 minute walk down some stairs. Thanks for having us! :)

Great, spacious modern and clean apartment. We had a beautiful beach view. The owner is a lovely guy, we were the last guests of the season and he even gave us a small discount:) We will for sure visit again

Superb

We spent our honeymoon at Fontevita and we couldn't find a better place to spend 6 days. We really loved this place, the host was super nice and super helpful, he was always available on phone. We stayed in one of the beautful and comfortable apartments with seaview which was an upgrade. The apartment is really spacious with big terrace and we especially loved that one side we had mountain view and the other side seaview. One of the best restaurants of the area (Bracera) can be found in only a 5 minutes long walk. The nearest beaches are too crowded though so we decided to walk 30-40 minutes every day to the neigbouring charming town, Brela. Beautiful, clean water with snorkeling possibilities.

We took our nespresso machine, which was a pretty good idea, because there is no coffee machine at the apartment.

we enjoyed it very much as a family and we definitely recommend this accommodation

Very nice clean apartment and also the surroundings. Front apartments with a view of the sea, however, I recommend the upper floor for a better view(lift is there) The pool is great bonus in this accommodation. The distance from the sea is approx. 90 steps, but it is not to difficult. The parking lot is also right next to the accommodation. The owner of the resort is a very friendly and accommodating person. The wonderfully clear sea around, Baska voda simply has its charm!

maybe even a small detail for the introduction of this quality accommodation, someone would be pleased with a bottle of good wine, as is the case in most modern resorts today 😉

Perfect stay

What's not to like? Lovely owner who allowed is to check in early, upgraded our room (without us asking) and allowed a late check out. Great location nice pool area, clean with parking. Perfect stay, just wish we had longer

Everything was excellent - beautiful room, new and quality interior design, comfortable beds and cleaning every day. Good location, near the beach and the city center. And parking place included.

Great localisation ( 3 mins from the beach), nearby grocery and private parking place. Clean, comfortable apartament with everything what you need. Beautiful swimming pool. Very nice host! I hope back there :)

Beautiful apartment, friendly and helpful staff.

Big, clean, nicely furnished room. They did some laundry for us free of charge and with a very quick turnaround. Very attentive staff.

A room on a higher floor would have been better for a better sea view. Could use a full length mirror in the apartment somewhere and some oil and salt would be helpful for cooking.

Exceptional

Everything was perfect. This apartment was clean, daily cleaning service was of a very high standard. The view from the balcony was amazing. Owner was really nice and helpful. The restaurant he recommended turned out to be the best in town and it was 2 minutes from the apartment. I really enjoyed of spent time in Baska Voda. I highly recommend Fontevita Apartments! I will definitely come back here :).

My husband & I stayed here in late August and loved everything about the trip. The apartment is in a good location, close to central Baska Voda and Brela. They’re clean and have lots of amenities. The owner, Stanko and receptionist Ana, were both very nice and accommodating. They were always available and asking if we needed anything. Free parking is included, which was great. We never needed our car while we were there since everything is within walking distance. The view was incredible and we look forward to coming back again.

Top value

The staff are very friendly and welcoming and sorted any questions we had and also organised a scooter for us. We were lucky enough to have a room at the front on the top floor so the view was epic. The room was spotless and as new as they look in the photos. It's a super quick walk down the side of the building to the beach - make sure you turn right at the bottom as the beaches towards Brela are better. The house pool is decent and loungers are available. Also, the beds and pillows are super comfy so a good night's sleep is on the cards. Keep up the good work!!!

Excellent

Beautiful hotel. Everything´s new and clean. Very well and nicely equiped. Swimming pool is big advantage. The owner Mr. Barač is very friendly, willing and successfully creates a family atmosphere. Hotel is appropriate for the family and for individuals. Baška Voda is magical place. I can honestly recommend to everyone. I and my family will definitely come back again in the future.
