The house was clean, comfortable and close to the beach. Also our pup loved it there too
Needs new floors, and it would be nice to have an outside table

There was a map to the beach. It was very helpful.
1:) pulled a pan out of the cupboard, and it was dirty
2:) we had a party of six we only had three bath towels they were wet and in the dryer, three trash bags for five days , only five dishwashing soaps and we cook every meal except for one when we come on vacation we were there for five days so we had to purchase our own .
3:) could not do the coffee pot and the toaster at the same time without causing breaker problems
4:) have never been anywhere where you ran out of toilet paper. We had to ask for more two rolls is not enough for six people for five days, one ply toilet paper.
5:) windows were very dirty.
6:) need to update the toilets they’re too short we had 8786 year old grandma and grandpa had a very hard time using the toilets.

Large, comfy beds
Kitchen was not well stocked, limited amenities. Hot too was open when we arrived and only 63 degrees so we weren’t able to use it our entire trip. Carpet nails were sticking out in several places. House was not clean on arrival. Dirty towels, bathrooms.

Good location, private, hot tub, plenty of space, well stocked kitchen and extra bedding, not a ton of rules and expectations about what we could and couldn’t do, the little beach nearby was excellent,
The dishwasher didn’t work very well - we cleaned out food and broken glass from the bottom, some of the pots and pans need to be replaced and we had to wash a couple of things before we used them, it’s the coast so we expect some musty but the carpet in the living room could be replaced or at least given a good deep cleaning, as could the furniture- my 5 year old grandson found a piece of Chex mix in the couch cushions, also, there are little nails in the driftwood table in the living room that are coming out. We pulled out several and several of our party caught a sock or hand on one when we brushed against the table. Please don’t think our negatives outweigh our positives because we had a great time and would rent this property again. These were just things we thought your property manager would like to take a look at.

Very comfortable, nice kitchen.
Termite/ flies entering the house.

Such a great location although the road noise from 101 was a little loud especially when we were able to open the window. Wonderful trail to the fairly secluded huge beach!
Hot tub cover was hard to remove. Hard to keep pine needles out of the house and outside lights needed replaced in back.

Close walk to the beach
It is a stinky house, dog smell everywhere. Two rooms are based in the cellar which is cold, smells like dog and mold! The last night I even had a severe allergic reaction to the dog hair and dust. The prize is insane for such a house, the photos are nice, the house isn‘t. The couch and chair in the living room smell awfully like dog. They are old. The fridge smells like fish. There isn’t enough chairs for 8 people to have a meal together. The highway is noisy.

Quiet and in a great location, met my family's needs.
My only complaint is the hot water ran out quickly when trying to take a bath upstairs

Cute place, room for the family
A little longer walk to beach than advertised, but nice beach once we got there

The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and the convenient trail to the beach.
We did not have a negative experience.

No breakfast provided and we made our own. There were 7 of us and we enjoyed the roominess of the house and the common spaces. Two problems we noted were fixed the same day, within hours of reporting.
We expected to be met by a person with the keys. We shut our computers down in Portland before the message came with the codes. Aside from that problem, we enjoyed our stay. 7 people are quite a group!

Loved having places to be alone, 4 bedrooms, and places to be together.
The floors were swept and vacuumed, horizontal areas were dusted.
Simple areas to clean were NOT. such as, the inside drawers and lazy susan cupboards in kitchen. they could easily be wiped or vacuumed of food crumbs, but were not, for a LONG time.
The shower downstairs had obvious pink growth at the bottom, an easy fix with a rag or brush.
THE JET TUB STAIRS NEED NEED A SIDE RAIL.
The hot tub jets do NOT work, the hot tub cannot hold a temp above 96 degrees.

This home was comfortable and had a great layout for our multigenerational family. Nothing overly fancy, but sweet and beachy themed without being sappy. The hot tub, while missing a few working jets, was a great bonus.
The best part of our stay was the proximity and access to a Wonderful stretch of “private” beach where our dogs LOVED their time too.
Kitchen table was a bit tight for game time, but if you eat in shifts and keep it casual, it’s all good.

Come was relaxing and had plenty of space.
Most the jets in the hot tub would not work. Bath tub jets did not work on bath tub. Beds were rock hard.

The property is nice and clean. It is also spaceous. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. The property is in a quite neighborhood and people in the neighborhood are nice.
The couch smells, the refrigerator also smells. We're not able to use the washing machine since the water overflows in the drain pipe.

A fairly private area and the beach was awesome! The house was warm and spacious! Comfy beds, lots of closet space. A very welcoming homey place to stay! We’re so lucky to have found it!
There were a few little broken things; which didn’t bother me at all; I just hope they don’t think we broke anything. Slight pet smell but not bad. I think the previous people had some old crab in the fridge, it was stinky, but that’s not something anyone can control other than the last people who stayed there!!!

Perfect beach house. Nice hot tub and decent access to beach. Had to ask a local where the start was but then was a nice forest walk to the beach.
4.0
The number of beds and the kitchen space
The hot tub was dirty, and carpet was dirty.
