Great location for a quick quiet getaway

Staff was super nice and helpful. Enjoyed the pool table and the gym.

The room was super small. There was hair on the toilet base. The sausage at breakfast was pale and disgusting looking.

In general, our stay was pleasant.

The hotel's personnel was friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The area in the hall has a beautiful design.

We didn't expect that our room would be cleaned every other day. It's OK, but I think it would be more convenient if there were a cleaning brush for the toilet bowl in the bathroom. We stayed for 5 nights, our room was cleaned twice, but the toilet was cleaned only ONCE ?! Also, breakfast can offer more healthy sugar-free choices, but there are mostly carbs.

Clean and pleasant. Great value.

Plentiful breakfast. Hot options and good protein selections. Room was clean and quiet. Towels weren’t scratchy. Staff was pleasant. We only stayed 2 nights but we had everything we needed. We came to visit some NASCAR shops in the area and to visit the Hall of Fame in Charlotte.

Very dirty. Won't stay again.

I liked that the staff was easy to work with, when I went down to tell her how dirty the room was she was nice and just put me in a new room. She was also nice when I went down again and asked for a refund because the second room was also dirty. That was an easy process.

We checked in and got in our first room and it was filthy. I cleaned up hair in the bathroom floor and then kept looking around the room. Floor was not cleaned. Pulled the sheets back and there was black hairs on the pillows and throughout the whole beds, they didn't use clean sheets, they just pulled the covers back up and made the bed. The side table was disgusting, also covered in dust and hair. We got to the second room and again the floor was covered is hair, everywhere. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a week.

Stayed overnight on our way to Hilton Head.

Very clean, modern, new. Great location, not overcrowded at all! Excellent breakfast. Second time we’ve stayed here.

Great location. Very clean. Loved that the room was not overpowered with strong cleaner smell cuz I don't like strong cleaner smells. Nice weight room. Nice pool table near lobby. Bed was very comfortable. Nice parking spot for our pickup truck and enclosed motorcycle trailer.

There was no coffee maker or microwave in the room. No mini fridge.

This stay was below average, despite being ok priced, you’re getting a smaller room with a cold feel

It’s new and fresh looking.

It’s like a hostel not hotel. Hard floors, cold feeling vibe, limited breakfast compared with counterparts.

Very pleasant

It was so clean and bright, and I loved the earth friendly touches like no little bottles. There were also pet waste stations in the grassy areas - Skyler helpful for our dogs.

Would rather have been on a lower floor ( we were in the fourth) but that really wasn’t an issue. Might also prefer a little more room to walk dogs, but also not a big deal.

Efficient and comfy with small convenience concessions.

The room was very clean and comfy. There wasn't a bunch of unnecessary extra furnishings and the desk and chair were on wheels. It was small but in an efficient way. I liked the pancake machine at breakfast.

The eggs and meats at breakfast weren't very great. I didn't like that there wasn't a microwave in the room and the only microwave was at the front desk. I also was disappointed that I couldn't use my HDMI cord to connect to the wall mounted TV.

Nice location and it is a really nice hotel. I felt comfortable and safe there.

I would have rated this hotel higher but there was a strong smell of mold on the 2nd floor. Luckily I couldn't smell the mold in the room or I wouldn't have stayed there. The room was lovely and the hotel was very clean overall. I bumped into someone vacuuming the carpet in the hall. I almost asked if he could smell the mold but I held back.

When booking this location it says they accept cash at checkin so we booked the room to sleep for the night on our 14 hour drive. When we arrived at the location they were very rude and said they do not accept cash so we left. They then continued to charge my debit card 4 times after we left.

The stay was nice

I liked the pancakes great idea. The coffee was tasty.

The pet policy. I brought my 16 pound shitzu stayed less than 24hours and was charged 75 dollars. I'll never stay again with my pet because the pet policy is wrong. We booked on booking.com it stated for dogs under 50 pounds 25 dollars a night we were charged 75 dollars. Talked to management no one was able to help us. Told us to call on Monday to talk Jon the general manager called and left a message never returned our call.
