Great but pricey stay for the eclipse in Indianapolis

Great location for the eclipse. They gave us a little gift with four pairs of eclipse glasses and information on where to see it.

Price was unusually high because of the eclipse

Clean property in lovely Carmel IN

The property was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Location is great---walkable to some restaurants and close to the Monon Trail for some running!

We had an 8 night visit with everything we needed.

Breakfast was fine. The room was very nice and spacious.

Housekeeping was not great. Although the job done was good, one occasion they left the door to our room open. When we returned later that night, the lock had been turned while the door was still.open so the door was left open. We were apprehensive about entering the room. On another occasion our scheduled day for cleaning, no one came. I had to get clean towels from the front desk. The next day I flagged someone down to get 3 days worth of dirty towels and to refresh the bathroom.

It was an excellent stay for my needs. I loved the large bathroom & full size refrigerator.

I loved the breakfast. Would have liked a bit more fruit on the menu.

Maybe the bedroom in an actual room instead of separated by a curtain.

Good location , just okay value, disappointing housekeeping policy.

Well located, neat, quiet and comfortable. While nothing special, it's perfect if you have business on the north side of Indianapolis. Close to a Meijer and several cafes and restaurants. Plenty of parking available.

Hilton's policy of only cleaning rooms on the 5th night at this property is a clear case of paying more and getting less. Not this specific property's fault, but hindered the value. Breakfast was just okay. Slow systems made check in a slog.

The breakfast was great and easy to find. Staff was friendly and would stay again. The Wifi wasn't working too well either.

The shower/bath drain didn't work well at all. Needs to be snaked.

Hallway had a q tip and other trash in the hallway the cleaning lady were still on the floor we have stayed there before nice place. Little disappointed in the clinliness in the hallway room was clean

Staff is always the best, which is one of the main reasons we choose home 2 suites for our baseball travel.

Our air conditioner didn't seem to work, so it was very warm which made it difficult to sleep.

Quiet room with bonus small kitchen area and very friendly hotel staff made for a great stay!

Good breakfast. Plenty to choose from, and they did not appear to run out of items.

Never got wi-fi info - forgot to ask. Sheets were a little worn. Fiddled with the wall-mounted thermostat for a while until I realized the unit by the window was the actual way to control the room temperature.

Location was perfect for our trip to the children’s museum. Great location for coffee and snacks. The breakfast was great! It definitely exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend.

Beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly.

At 8:30 most was gone even though they said it was open until 9:00

The bathroom had no shower gel in the dispenser and the bathroom drawers were filthy. There was a sign that said you could get 20% off at Kona Grill yet that staff knew nothing about it so we paid full price.

The hotel staff was awesome along with the facilities great place to stay very clean

People next to us had a dog with them they went out to dinner the dog wined and barked for quite a while. Then around 12 am i hear the people above us walking and running around called the front desk finally after the front desk called them they quit around 3 am. None of this was the hotels fault
