Der Empfangsmitarbeiter war super, aber das Zimmer war schlecht...

Nach der Ankunft und einem Blick in das Zimmer wurde noch vor Ort das Hotel storniert. Der Mitarbeiter am Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ggf. sollte es ersichtlich sein, dass es sich bei dem Hotel um ein sehr sehr schlichtes, einfaches Hotel handelt, was mehr auf Montage und Fernverkehr ausgelegt ist. Das Zimmer war angeblcih ein Nichtraucherzimmer und stang nach altem Rauch, die Wände waren dünn und die Bettlacken alt und verschlissen...

alles gut - hab mich wohl gefühlt

das Hotel ist aktuell ohne Frühstück, gibt es um die Ecke Kaffee in Hotel - sehr große Zimmer, daher bei draußen minus Graden nicht richtig warm, aber alles gut. Mir hat der Aufenthalt trotzdem sehr gut gefallen.

Wir sind immer wieder bei Hotel Pause zur Messe in Wallau. Als Unterkunft für 1-2 Nächte wunderbar.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Check-In ist sehr unkompliziert und alle freundlich.

Schade das es kein Frühstück mehr gibt, gerade da der Bäcker nebenan Sonntag auch geschlossen ist.

Keine Empfehlung für Geschäftsreisende, nur für LKW Fahrer und Monteure für die Messe geeignet.

Es gab kein Frühstück, obwohl das Hotel Pause, ein großen Frühstücksraum und Abendspeiseraum hat, Vermutlich durch einen anderen Hotel Besitzer (Inder), wird dieses Objekt hier extrem vernachlässigt. Hotel Lobby sieht zwar gut aus und man kann kostenlos Kaffee usw. am Kaffeeautomaten holen. Fluglärm über dem Hotel Objekt, bis Nachts um 23:00Uhr, über den Köpfen vom Hotel Objekt, beim starten. An Sauberkeit im Zimmer, mangelt es sehr stark, da das Bad nicht geputzt wird. Hatte mal Spaßeshalber von meinem Rasierapparat, Bartstummeln ausgeschüttet und stellte abends fest, das die immer noch so da lagen. Badetuch und Handtücher wurden zwar jeden Tag gewechselt, das wars aber schon. Toilettenspülkasten, macht beim Spülvorgang, beim Wasser nachfüllen, komische Geräusche, wenn Kasten voll war, lief trotzdem was nach. Das Hotel Objekt müsste dringend saniert werden, es ist ein großes Objekt und man könnte hier viel mehr raus holen.

Very nice and clean hotel

Nice and clean hotel, the room was big enaugh, close to public transport supermaket and restaurants. The host was verh friendly and helpful, they got us inside at 1.00 am , and they helped us with all we need !!

A nice, quiet hotel.

It was a nice, quiet hotel, very easy to access if you travel on the highway. The were a couple of shops nearby, and easy to reach Frankfurt by highway. The hotel was nice, clean, and really comfortable.

the staff was very friendly

the photos of the facility look unfortunately much better than reality. the rooms are clean though, however too costly for the quality in comparison to many other hotels.

for short stays when you don’t expect luxury it’s ok

clean. pragmatic. more for construction workers than for holidays.

Good stop on long journey

Very clean hotel, good stop on long journey. It's not far from A3 motorway, but it's in industrial area. There is Lidl store near. Be aware no restaurant in the hotel.

Room smells a bit after cigarettes, despite hotel is no smoking. Bathroom could have better extract. Room could have kettle.

Great location but temperature monitoring in rooms would have made my stay much better.

No air conditioning or even a fan. Way too hot and uncomfortable to sleep . Slept with no cover. Awful view and strong lights blaring in all night from nearby building. Curtain not adequate enough to block light.

not great but not too bad either…

Good choice for an emergency overnight rest and not far from the highway.

Towels are old, matress too soft, weird smell around the hotel areas. Perhaps not too bad for what it was but I would invest to improve these if possible ;) Thank you for having us anyway.

The Price was ok. The location was near to where we had to go.

No breakfast. Room Smells of cheap air freshener. The beds are very very soft and not in a good way. No access to the Lobby and the vending machine After 10 pm.

Location was perfect, across the streek from our target location and the option to go on a walk through the farmlands and Woods before the appointment.

The staff, they didn't speak English. I asked a few question before checking in. Only 1 of those questions was answered. They charged €10,- per dog, per night but did not notify me before hand (1 of my questions). According to their website there should be breakfast, but...no breakfast en no coffee/tea facilities in the room.

Extremely basic, but clean.

The hotel is extremely basic!! For me for that night it was ok. But the bathroom and the rest of the room were clean. The bed was ok, I had a good sleep. For visiting the fair it is a good location

Too basic to have a real comfortable stay on your room. Arrived in the evening. Due to corona the reception was not open. It felt like I was the only guest.
