the front desk lady was very nice and friendly. nice location with lots of food options and quiet premises.

the room was a little small but didn’t really care that much considering we were just there for one night

Definitely would not want to stay for more than one night. It was basically a bed to sleep in with a roof over it.

It was close to my destination

No toilet paper, had to ask for it. Bathroom a joke, little room for toilet, shower stall separate next to bed water sprayed all over floor, tiny sink in separate area no vanity. Hot tub was grimy, wouldn't even go in it. Bed was not comfortable for a king size and not enough pillows.

The facility was in a good location.

The light switch turned off everything in the room. The bathroom window would not close fully. The tub had a previous hole in it making the patch job look dirty. If you left the bathroom door open at all the room was like an icebox. The drawers in the dresser had dead bugs in it. It was just purely disgusting place.

Location and price was good.

Bed was hard, only one channel on TV available and sound of water pipes rattling all hours of the night.

Love it. I Will return again.

The owner and his wife are so patient and kind and very accommodating. It’s close to everything like gas stations, the highways, various food places, pharmacies and grocery stores. Only 7 mins from the tannersville Crossings Outlet.

shower handle broken, couldn’t turn channels, room to small for king size bed, carpet stained, no coffee pot, check in was a joke. didn’t like much about it at all would of left but payment was non refundable
