We had a great stay here whilst visiting family who live close by. The accommodation was ideal for us. The town of Sandw

Very close to town and all the facilities, not too far from the station. Nice and warm plenty of room. Small terrace although being winter we did not use it. Very effective central heating .

Nothing to dislike but I could have done with instructions on how to use the induction cooktop.

An excellent mini break - we would happily have stayed longer

Lovely property and a real bonus to have parking on site. The apartment was very comfortable and very conveniently located to explore the area. Very nice touch to provide delicious cakes for us.

Nothing much other than maybe removing a few of the chipped glasses and crockery from the kitchen everything else was great

A lovely and stylishly furnished flat close to town centre. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. A place where you feel welcome and at home.

Very good

The location was very good and the apartment was comfortable, with good facilities. The cakes on arrival were a lovely touch.

We were bothered a little by noise from the apartment above us: not partying, but the noise of footsteps late at night did cause some disturbance when we were trying to sleep. Setting and maintaining temperature of water from the shower was a bit tricky.

A lovely few days with close friends in a lovely town.

The location was fantastic couldnt of asked for better.

Had a fantastic stay. Just a little off putting as a guy was climbing around on scaffolding painting the external window frames of the bedrooms, during the first few hours of our stay.

Superb location for visits to surrounding area, lots of equipment in the kitchen if you wanted to cook. The bed was very comfortable and the lounge /dining room was quiet spacious.

As a ground floor property we did not like the noise from first floor occupants moving about. (We appreciate the property is old and a bit creaky but we found it disturbed us, something to consider when we look for accommodation next time.) The hot water took a long time to run through to the bathroom taps, again you would get used to it eventually. The parking space was very tricky to get when every space was occupied. A small car would find it easier. These are all very small things but you did ask!!

Utensils on windowsill were dusty. All plates and crockery in cupboard were dusty and they all needed washing before they could be used.

Wonderful, well equipped, comfortable property

Wonderful, well equipped, comfortable property. Although it's very central, it's very quiet and the location is ideal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others!

Beautiful solo mini break

The apartment was in an oasis of calm...except for the beautiful birdsong which was wonderful. It's lovely seeing water outside your windows and the patio next to the stream was gorgeous. The owners were very helpful and responsive when I had a couple of questions. Sandwich was really quaint and pretty, with a beautiful river that you can walk along partly then break off through the golf course to the sea. The apartment was located where I could walk around town easily and I used it as a base to drive to nearby beaches like Margate, Deal and Broadstairs. I also worked really well at the kitchen table. All in all, a fabulous trip!
