Two sisters staying for a night

Nicely laid out rooms, Comfortable bed, clean and tidy bathroom with good temperature shower, good lighting around mirror, fridge, hairdryer and tea and coffee facilities. Free biscuits, water and can of sprite. Thank you :)

Room was very hot and was too rainy to keep window open. Key was very stiff in the door so had to turn numerous times for it to lock. TV reception was sometimes poor. Could have done with checking in a bit earlier.

Location was out of the seafront but did say in information it was a good walk , no breakfast provided

Clean and comfortable to good location.

Good location, short walk to the town. Clean, comfortable and quiet with excellent cafe nearby for breakfast as room only. Free parking available on drive or in streets across the road.

Very good

Great location. Sparkling clean and modern. I really appreciated the water and drink as I don’t drink hot drinks. Super to have a room to sit and eat in.

As with most older properties - noise does carry at times.

Pleasant stay at Holly Lodge

The room was lovely and clean. Lots of choice tea, coffee, biscuits. Pleasant surprise with drinks in the fridge. Parking was good

I know it was a budget room but was really small, it needed a thorough deep clean as there was a lot of dust on the top of the bathroom structure and a lot of human hair down the side of the sliding door to the toilet.

Comfortable. Clean. Very nice.

It was very clean, the location is close to town etc so we didn’t have to keep driving around. We will definitely be coming back.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t really like, and even though they didn’t do breakfast there is a cafe down the road so that wasn’t a problem.

Lovely little place to stay

Small and efficient, close to where we needed to be. We came up to spend some time with friends who live there so it awasthe perfect location for that other than sleeping and getting ready we weren't really in the lodge much as was out with our friends. It served our purpose well

No breakfast served, we ate out at the local asda cafe the first morning and would have preferred to have not had to travel anywhere for breakfast. Also although there was 4 parking spaces 1 for each of the rooms we couldn't park until after we got back from breakfast after the first night. Also thee netflix in our room wouldn't connect so we couldn't use it which was a little disappointing seen as we always sleep with a TV on and at home will just leave netflix running.

The room was clean and comfortable. There was a fridge for cold drinks and everything was really easy and pleasant. There was a parking space for us which was great. No hassle.

Lovely room. Had everything we needed. Nice location just a short walk to the centre.

Location, location, location. the room and price were perfect we was never bothered by anyone PERFECT.

it warmish to cold. top of the fridge was a little dirty, bedding wasn’t thick enough including the extra blanket. but these are just a minor thing the room and price were great

Amazing place definitely staying again

Second time staying lovely place, great location. It's really close to the shops and not too far from the sea front.

The TV controller was a bit funny to use, TV didn't always pick up the input Not so much a dislike more of just letting people know, there was a cat outside the door that did try and come in to the building
