The stay was really nice. Better than what I expected.

The friendly staff and the cleanliness of the property.

I liked the game area you guys have set up; the area where you can purchase snacks and drinks is set up nicely.

Expensive night with no frills at all

When booking the room there was a place for comments...I stated it was our "Wedding" night thinking they might do something special but they did nothing! Very expensive and no bath tub or coffee maker in room....

We cannot stay at hotels that use deodorants and artificial cleaning products, period!

Like the minimalist feel of the decor. Unfortunately all was negated by the fumes from artificial cleaning products and deodorants.

If my wife had been with me we could not have stayed here. The fumes from artificial cleaning products and room deodorants was not nice. Why do hotels do this!!

Could have been better, especially for the price.

For an inclusive the breakfast was fine. The staff was very friendly.

We had problems with two light fixtures in the room. One fell off the wall. The other would only go on sporadically. The most pressing problem was the noise from the other room(s) around us. The hotel's location was under construction so we woke up to construction equipment doing what they do.

New property. Great staff.

Great people. Location right off the main interstate. Close to some restaurants and shopping. Cool design, which included a pool table and connect four in the lobby.

Only 3 pillows for a room with 2 adults. Most hotels have 4. And 2 of the pillows were square and not normal size. Alos the light on the ceiling blinked literally every 12 seconds.

For $200/night, disappointed for it being a "Hilton". We'll try out a different hotel next time.

it was fine, though I don't think the pancake maker was working the 1st day. Housekeeping had us down for checkout the 1st day we were there, of a 4 day stay. Requests and/or contact with housekeeping, in the hall, was otherwise pleasant. Front Desk staff was pleasant.

Queen mattress was SOOOOOOOO uncomfortable. floor flooded during showers. toilet rocked. dead baby cockroach on bathroom floor. Ice maker only in the lobby (not individual floors) was inconvenient. Child's play area was smaller than expected. Pool wasn't heated.

Needs improvement.

The property is new.

The floors in the room were dirty, dirt stains on the floor, and it looks like it has not been cleaned in a while. The room did not have a fresh smell. The bed was uncomfortable. The breakfast area tables were dirty. The morning staff were not customer friendly, reminded me of Home Depot customer service.

Comfortable place to get some sleep right off of the interstate.

My kids loved the place, the games and the breakfast.

Rooms are fairly small and no closet, so not much room for a baby pack-n-play or too many bags.

Tru hotel was very accommodating and relaxing for my family.

My family really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was extremely nice. Our room was very clean and bed so comfy. The complimentary breakfast was also really good and had a nice variety of a spread. Overall, we would highly recommend Tru hotel and would definitely stay again in the future!

The only thing I would say that could make this hotel better would be if they added a pool. :)

The location was perfect to visit with family & for me to get to venue for mom 80th bday party

The hotel was dark when ,I arrived and looked deserted. The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to Hilton's standards. I have stayed at many Hiltons and im a hilton honors member. Was not happy with bug on bed.dirty sheets, and dirty shower. The Night Auditor Makaila tried her best to find me a cleaner room on 4th floor, she checked out 2 rooms and they were not clean as well. My last day I spoke to front desk Supervisor Viaren and asked her for late check out at 2:30pm. I came back from breakfast to find the cleaning lady had been inside my room and stole my Charger, Socks, my Lolo Chicken Dinner and Fiji Water. She did return my Charger but claim she didnt see the other items. So to sum it all up not a good stay!

Well my room had zero hot water. Thank god the ac ran cold the whole time I was there. The room was average not a wow factor that stood out to me to say very nice. The lobby had an unfortunate circumstance happened during my stay apparently had a pipe break so there was loud blowers in the lobby daily why I was here

Zero hot water the bathroom and room was not really spectacular being this is a fairly new hotel and you had to pay for the wifi what a chip this is 2023 people wifi is an eminently I am paying for when I check in should not be an extra charge this is a Hilton spawn should be all the way wow every step of the way

Very disappointed by this property and the staff.

The breakfast was fine, eggs where dry, but for the most part the breakfast was as expected

We were put in a handicapped room on the ground floor, that had almost no other furniture in the room to sit in other than a desk chair. The mattress on the bed was too soft like it was well overdue to be replaced. I'm a light sleeper and spoke with the hotel reception/check-in regarding my concerns of our room locations, etc... she said all the rooms were the same and there is rarely any noise or concerns, however if I do have an issue come talk to them, I expressed I didn't want to have to change rooms in the middle of the night if there was an issue... needless to say there were issues and I DID NOT SLEEP at ALL. So not a good experience. Lastly the lady that worked the night shift did not make herself known as the front desk clerk when she clearly witnessed I was trying to figure out how to get a bottle water while she was sitting literally at a table near the reception desk folding sheets. She finally spoke up and said snarkily, "all you have to do is tell me" when we had no idea she also worked the front desk. I'm a Hilton Honors member and was truly disappointed in this hotel. I will not stay there and most likely at any Tru by Hilton hotels if there are other options available. I'm also a travel advisor and definitely will not recommend this particular hotel to any clients.

Terrible experience: broken ac, rude representative, and had to change hotels

Clean bathroom.

First off, we were supposed to stay at tru by Hilton but we weren’t able to. We were told they were overbooked and we had to go across the street to the springhill hotel and it to worry because the manager is the same for both locations. We wanted to stay at the tru by Hilton negates there was a pool table, games, snacks, and tvs downstairs. We researched for a reason. The SpringHill hotel didn’t have any of that and the room was odd. There was a desk in the middle of the room and the tv was facing towards that. Also, there weren’t any lights beside the small light by the refrigerator and the small lights by the bed. It was very dark in the room. In addition, The ac wasn’t working annd our room wouldn’t go below 73. The ax kept kicking off after about 3 minutes of being on and when we called the desk representative, she didn’t want to help us and sounded inconvenienced since it was late at night and said they were booked solid and couldn’t move us or help us. I had to call back two more times and she finally sent a maintenance guy to help fix it. He couldn’t fix it but tried. I was they called by the front desk representative saying I would only get a small discount. The room was hot all night and we barely slept.

Not very impressive.

Facility was clean and staff was courteous.

For $300.00 a night this is the smallest room we have stayed in. It was more like a motel six style motel. Plus they charged us $10.00 a night to park in what would be considered a normal motel or hotel parking lot. The room had no closet no storage, no place to even store a suitcase. All of our clothes were simply on a shelf. This was the only storage in the room. We will definitely not stay at another Hilton Tru!!! We have more room in an RV.
