Overall the property was accurate to the description, and we had a good time. The space in the house was good. The beds were very comfortable and the pool was beautiful.
The location to old Scottsdale was good. There are many improvements that could be made to improve things further. Better stocked kitchen, oil, seasoning, sugar and new baking dishes, cookie sheets. The ones there are very dirty. We bought Saran Wrap and tin foil as none was available. The dishwasher does not work well and is damaged on inside, making it almost impossible to pull the lower rack out. The shower in master bedroom needs a shower caddy or shelves so stuff is not on the ground. The pool table is old, rickety and slanted, so we did not use. Overall we had a good time.

We had a reunion of 8 people from all around the country and this was the perfect place with proximity to airport, tempe downtown and scottsdale downtown. Some of the furniture is a bit beat (like the pool table and couch ) but all else was great.
the instructions were clear and easy to follow. I would highly recommend for large groups, especially for a reunion type of event.

We enjoyed the property. The beds were super comfortable and had nice linens available. Only issues were all the rooms need ceiling fans, pool was too hot in the summer months to be enjoyable and there were cockroaches found in the kitchen on the counter that appeared to be coming from a hole in the wall behind the stove.

Had a fantastic weekend staying here with friends from college. There were 9 of us and we fit very comfortably with plenty of beds and bathrooms. The pool and backyard set up were perfect for hanging out and we used the grill multiple times. The WiFi didn’t work great but it didn’t really matter for us, just had to restart it a couple of times to get it going.

Sunny Getaway
Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. The back yard and pool are lovely. The addition of an umbrella would be welcome.
We had to buy wine glasses as there was only one wine glass in the cupboard despite the fact that the photos on the website showed a full shelf of wine glasses. Also shown in the photos were a lounge ensemble and a television set in the patio enclosure. None of these were on site. These were not necessary for our comfort but bears mentioning that the website photos are not accurate.
We called the management company the morning after check-in to ask for toilet paper (1 of the bathrooms had none) and additional trash bags (there was only 1 bag in the bin). The previous guests had left the two trash bins in the driveway filled to overflowing. The management company told us that the trash would be picked up the following day but we had to call to report that it was still there on our check-out day as we did not want to be charged.
In addition to purchasing toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags, we also had to purchase dish towels as none were provided.
Overall we did have a wonderful stay but we have never encountered these deficiencies in previous VRBO rentals.

This property met and exceeded all our needs with the separate beds in 3 of the bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We spent a lot of time on the wonderful patio, just sitting in the sun and visiting by the pool and had some great corn hole competitions. Property management bent over backwards to help us with early check in. THANK YOU!

Great stay
Very nice property and we'd stay there again. Few minor issues. Trash can outside in the driveway was overflowing and when I messaged property manager did not get an answer. Had to call the next day to get a response. One shower/tub drain was slow to drain and the laundry room lights were burnt out. Other than those minor issues, the house was great. 8 guys out for a golf trip for the week. Everyone had a place to sleep, the grill worked and the pool was nice and warm. Close to the courses we played as well as night life.

Great for our Guys Golf Trip
The area and property were great! It was perfect for our 8 guys to have their own bed. Very close to Old Town and nightlife. A few things need attention such as the TV/WiFi situation was not ideal. We could connect, but the internet would rarely work, which meant no TV using only streaming services. One of the lights in the guest bedroom didnt work, and none of the pull strings on the fans worked. All things that did not matter to us guys, but may matter to others who stay. Overall a great Experience!

everything went well except for the pool heating that we paid extra for. it seems like the owner may have turned it on for the guests before us instead.. we arrived to a warm pool but the following day the temp dropped, and dropped even more on the third day. we were unable to use the pool since it was so cold. tried reaching out to owner and got no response. everything else was fine.

Our family stayed at this rental for a late Christmas celebration together. We were very happy with the place. First of all, the management company was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME before and during the stay. Very quick communication with them. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked and the grill worked very well. The beds were comfortable. We paid to have the pool heated, and even though it was unseasonably cool when we were there, the kids spent many hours in the warm pool. The only concern we had was problems with the Internet. It had to be reset every so often, but we could live with it. We would stay there again!

Wife's 40th
Had a great time here! We don't have a pool at our house but my wife wanted a weekend of hanging out in a pool with our family and a few of our closest friends for her 40th birthday. This property fit the bill perfectly. Everything was as pictured/described in the listing. They had a fully stocked kitchen, bath towels, pool towels, you name it! Check-in was super straightforward and easy. Only small thing was that the pool pump or vacuum seemed to be struggling a little bit. The equipment looks relatively old so perhaps needing replacement soon. Then again, I don't have a pool myself so don't really know anything about them! Maybe just some easy maintenance required?

Not as advertised
This property is not as advertised. The internet needs to be reset every hour or so. There is no outdoor tv. The outdoor games are one set of severely weather damaged corn hole boards, the ac doesn’t work well and the filter was so badly dirty it was folded in half and sucked half way up the air return. The pictures of this house are wildly miss leading. If you are looking for a place that will sleep 8 in their own beds that’s about all it’s good for.

Amazing experience
The owners took the property off for further rentals so I will be brief with the house. It was a great house. Very clean and we felt very comfortable. I want to stress how impressed I was with the management company. The outside trash was overflowing and as soon as we notified the management company they had someone immediately out to empty it. The propane was out an they refilled it by the next am. We have rented from other management companies and it has been a nightmare but from now on we will search for this management company when we go on vacation. Top notch

Completely as advertised
Our group was very happy with the property and of its amenities! The house was clean and comfortable and the outdoor area was a big hit. While not being walking distance from anywhere noteworthy in Scottsdale, getting around was manageable. The property owners were absolutely wonderful and quick with any questions or communication our group had. Would definitely go through them again!

We had a great time! The house was very easy to locate and close to so much. Shopping, restaurants, airport, nice neighborhood. The pool was heated and we spent a lot of time there! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The bedding and linens were clean and fresh and had plenty of towel for swimming and showering! It was also a plus to have a nice washing machine! We had a few complaints but nothing that ruined the trip! The patio furniture was not as pictured. In the picture it had an additional couch under awning and 4 lounge chairs. Also the chairs under awning were not sitable as they looked To have been broken by a previous guest. It would have been nice to have furniture for each of our guests we had 8 people ans sitting by pool for 2. We also could not use the grill as the propane kept leaking and not providing a full flame to cook with. Overall our stay was great and would stay again.

It would have been nice to have furniture for each of our guests we had 8 people ans sitting by pool for 2. We also could not use the grill as the propane kept leaking and not providing a full flame to cook with.
Overall our stay was great and would stay again.

Family Getaway Oasis
The property was very clean & met all of our needs & some! The beds were comfortable & there was ample space for our two Families! We really enjoyed the pool. Overall the house was absolute perfect! The management always answered all of our questions quickly. We would refer our Family & Friends to stay at this property! We will forsure stay with this company again in the future!

Family friendly getaway
A cute house in a charming, quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. The pool and backyard is outstanding (much bigger than what we anticipated from the pictures) and our main reason for staying here. Fantastic location in Scottsdale - close to everything. Responsive management staff and very accommodating to any issue we had. Would very much recommend.

Grrrrrrrreat!
Awesome place! Great pool, everything in the house was fresh and clean, the BBQ grill was killer, there were full supplies of shampoo, conditioner, dish and laundry soap, coffee, plenty of paper towels. I could go on and on about how great the place was but I'm surprised you've read this far. Would go back in a heartbeat. Not 1 bad thing about the place except my kid beat me at the pool table, and cornhole :)
