Tucked right up on Snowmass Mountain, the Shadowbrook condos have an amazing location offering ski-in/out access. This condo has an amazing poolside location. The convenient location features a walk-out patio to the pool and hot tub area and is also just steps from the ski slope and on-site office. Large floor to ceiling windows in the living room look out to the pool area. The sun streaming in the windows and the view of the pool beckon you to head outside and enjoy the beautiful Colorado day. The kitchen area was remodeled with granite countertops and upgraded appliances. The kitchen opens up to the living area where the comfortable living room furniture and wood burning fireplace create an ideal space to relax at the end of a day of adventures in Snowmass.
This two bedroom plus den/3 bath condo is ideal for family or friends traveling together. Each sleeping area offers an en-suite bath for added privacy. The master bedroom has a large king bed and a twin bed. They newly remodeled en-suite bath offers granite countertops and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two double beds and a twin bed along with a remodeled en-suite bathroom with a full tub and shower. The den/dining area becomes a third sleeping area when the accordion door is closed. There is a comfortable day bed with a pull-out trundle bed as well. Guests staying in the sleeping den will really appreciate the private bathroom with separate vanity area and full tub and shower.
Guests staying at the Shadowbrook will enjoy the mountain side seasonal outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. This condo has a great outdoor patio with gas grill. You can relax by the pool and take in the view of skiers or hikers enjoying Snowmass Mountain while you grill your dinner and enjoy and apres ski/hike beverage. If dining out is your preference the Snowmass Base Village or the Snowmass Mall are just a short walk away where you will find a number of great restaurants to choose from. The free Snowmass shuttle stops just 50 yards away if you need to make a trip to the grocery or the transit center to catch a free shuttle to one of the other ski mountains.

We were very happy with our stay at Shadowbrook 402 on Snowmass Mountain.
Location unbeatable, in between Snowmass mall and base village under the skittles gondola
The staff were very responsive and went out of their way to offer local guidance and support (humidifiers in every room), advice on bus location and taxi value, and knowledge of Aspen mountains.
When a few minor things went wrong they came right away (coffee machine replacement, bathroom outlet stopped working).

This is a true ski in/ski out property and that’s what you’re paying for with this condo.
The condo is shabby, dated, dingy and not as clean as it should be.
And if you run out of toilet paper, you’re on your own. No additional toilet paper provided. Whoever heard of a vacation rental property NOT providing toilet paper.
My party was very disappointed with this unit. I could have rented a similar sized unit with ski in/ski out access that was newly remodeled at Woodrun Place. I’ll not make the mistake of renting this unit again.

Excellent in all most every regard. Location is hard to beat for the ski season. 10 yards to Fanny Hill out the back door. Accommodations are a tad long in the tooth but everything was appropriate and quite comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, silverware, glassware and appliances. Would suggest ensuring there is a full salt shaker in the future.
All in all, terrific and the management team was exceptionally solicitous, responsive and timely with contacts throughout the process.

Beautiful Getaway!
Our Snowmass vacation spot was a beautiful getaway! The condo slept all 6 of us perfectly (king , 2 queens, 2 twins, and a pullout futon were available). We had a problem with one of the mattresses and reached out to the owners who responded promptly. We would recommend a more permanent fix for that mattress, but were grateful for a kind and prompt response. We were able to make most of our meals in the fully equipped kitchen (plus grilled on the back patio)! The pool and hot tubs out the back door were such a bonus! The property itself is perfectly situated on Snowmass mountain and gives easy access to everything in Snowmass and Aspen. We were definitely comfortable at this Shadowbrook condo and hope to get to stay here again! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Sheer Bliss
Our stay at Shadowbrook 402 was pure bliss. Three days of sunshine followed up with three days of fluffy powder…and great accommodations. We had four adults and three children, and all were accommodated comfortably. Three bathrooms helped, as did he generous-sized great room. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils and pans.. Ski in-ski out was super-convenient as was the swimming pool and hot tub. The only minor complaint was that a couple beds squeaked. All in all, a fantastic place to stay!

Terrific stay
Stayed 9 nights and found the location, amenities, cleanliness all excellent especially while following precautions during Covid....able to easily order out, walk up or down hill to pick up breakfast and dinner...avoiding eating in crowds. The location on the slopes is an easy ski in ski out....took many of our ski breaks in the condo. And, the iTrip personnel are very attentive to our needs and pleasant to deal with. Will plan to return to the same unit again.

Very convenient! Location is as good as it can be. The apt has everything needed. True ski in ski out. Bbq is great. 10 steps away from pool and jacuzzi. Only suggestion is to change the mattress on the master bedroom as one side caves in.

Great location for a fun summer trip
Great place to stay for a fun summer trip to Snowmass. Short walk down or up the hill (or quick gondola ride up!) to the village areas with restaurants/shopping. Loved the patio and having the pool just steps away was so nice. Highly recommend and hope we can book a trip back someday!

Very Comfortable + Perfect Location!
We very much enjoyed our stay! iTrip was extremely accommodating & communicative, and the property was very comfortable for our family of 5. The ski in/ski out and proximity to the pool couldn't have been better!

Shdowbrook 402
Unit was excellent. Great view, right next to slope and across from pool/hot tub. One story unit and that was HUGE!! After skiing all day, the last thing I want to do is walk stairs! Condo mgmt/staff was excellent... avail. whenever we neede3d them for anything. My only complaint is the John Wayne toilet paper. Make sure to buy some good stuff at the grocery store!

Best location for ski in ski out
I have been coming to Shadowbrook for the last 30 years. There is not a better location on the mountain. The condo could be updated, especially the beds, but it is worth it when you ski directly to you back patio.

Staying at Shadowbrook unit 402 was perfect for our family of 2 adults & 3 teenagers. Everyone had plenty of space, and we LOVED being just steps from the slopes & the hot tubs! The covered parking space was a nice bonus too! We would definitely stay here again!
