This review really shouldn't sway anyone either way. When we arrived there was no electricity. We contacted the property manager and she phined the power company. Because of the lateness in the evening, she was unable to get a good ETA for a repair, and immediately offered a refund or to help us find other accommodations. We chose the refund and found a pet friendly hotel on the north end of town. While in the home trying to fix the problem it was clean, spacious, and looked like a great place to stay. We were bummed we couldnt stay, but it all worked out.

Great House
This was a great place to stay. Very clean. Beds were quite hard and pillows thin, but we had brought some of our own pillows (which was good since there were just enough for each person to have 1 pillow).
We did have a hard time figuring out the main bathroom shower and how to turn it on. I messaged the host several times and never did hear back. (We finally figured out to pull down on the faucet ring to get it to turn on)
It definitely would help if there was instructions. And instructions on which buttons on the microwave didn't work. It was always a guessing game.
Quiet neighborhood and nice easy access to town!

Great
Perfect for the family to gather prior to the 60th anniversary celebration they held for us at the Tap Rock. The spacious open floor plan amazed us in comparison to the total size of the home. Worked very well for our needs. Need to update the exterior photo to better indicate the quality of the home.

Great location, very nice house
The only negatives were some of the numbered buttons on keypad of microwave didn't work, no instructions on how to operate TV, TV in front bedroom keeps popping up a Roku side menu every few seconds. Overall, great experience for family get together.

House was great
We enjoyed staying at the house. I cooked most of our meals, the kitchen was great. Beds were comfortable. Only one suggestion would be instructions for the tv.

Visit for my grandma’s 100thbirthday.
The windows were left open a bit and it was 99 plus that day and inside was 89. The owner actually came over and helped get the thermostat to work correctly. But we had a very warm night. After that the temperature was great. The owner was able to get an HVAC tech to come and check out the unit. Place was excellent.

Clean and roomy
Loved the large space and location. All threerooms were also large and two clean full bathrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked had new appliances. Nicely located by the Rogue river, a big park and local shopping and restaurants. Also love the garage and fenced in little back yard. Truly felt like a home away from home.

Average
I felt the price was high for the quality & location. House had lingering smoke smell, poor quality furniture, beds & linens. Space was otherwise clean & open concept. Neighbors were loud, a couple next door broke out in a bad fight in the front yard. Police activity about 1mile away.

The property manager was very responsive. House was clean and had everything we needed. Love that there was a fenced back yard and neighborhood felt safe and quiet. The garage is listed as a 2 car, but there are quite a bit of items in there, so is actually only large enough to park a small vehicle, not our large truck. But other than that, everything was perfect. We would stay again.

Birthday celebration
We rented this house to celebrate a 50th birthday. We did the Paddle Pub on the Rogue and had a great time.
Only a couple thought for the house, a regular coffee maker would be better. The tiny coffee maker that is there is not sufficient for the 6 people we had stay.... always waiting for the coffee in the morning. Curtains on the windows to block the early morning sun.
Back door doesn’t lock
Everything was clean and great other than those two things. Thank you

Nice quiet family home.
We enjoyed our stay in this clean and comfortable family home. The neighborhood is nice and we walked to a fun playground every day. We also walked to little bridges market. We were a short drive to a farm stand with fresh produce and everything else Grants Pass offers. The home had everything we needed to cook at home. We enjoyed our stay!

Very clean but sparse furniture.
The house was in a neighborhood with extremely close houses. We were gone most of the day, and at night the neighbors liked to party, but it was not overly loud. There were lots of paint marks on the walls, which was kind of odd. It was very clean, just needs a little cosmetic clean up and maybe some reading lights on the nightstands.
Thanks, it worked for us.
