About this apartment rental
Are you looking for a temporary home in Landshut, but do not like to live in the anonymity of a hotel? Are you looking forward to a relaxed stay in a self-determined rhythm? Then we offer you the optimal alternative. Kirchgasse takes its name from the largest church in Landshut, St. Martin, the unmistakable symbol of the city. In the background you can see the chancel and behind it the highest church tower in Bavaria. Kirchgasse is very narrow and lined with small houses. The apartment in Kirchgasse is in house no. 246, the red house in the picture. Concerns about the nearby church bells are unfounded. You do not disturb the night's sleep! Next to the church there is a space on both sides. While a few trees adorn the former Martinsfriedhof on the left, there are several shops and a beer garden on the right. The pedestrian zone also begins there. Kirchgasse is therefore a cul-de-sac and therefore has no through traffic. Past the church, Kirchgasse flows into the old town. It is the main shopping area of Landshut and the pedestrian zone. There, facade after facade. One prettier than the other. Behind it many other shops, cafes and restaurants. There is also the town hall and tourist information center in the old town, a Renaissance palazzo and lots of historic houses ... From Kirchgasse you can easily explore the medieval town on foot. And take a break in between and put your legs up. Or quickly into the city for breakfast in the morning. Or a flying visit to the surrounding area or by train to the cosmopolitan city with a heart, to Munich. Or to the UNESCO World Heritage City of Regensburg, or to friends abroad to Salzburg, or, or ... The studio is a spacious apartment on the ground floor. You live alone on this floor of the medieval house at Kirchgasse 246 in Landshut. The studio is about 35 square meters and consists of a combined living room / bedroom with cooking facilities and a separate bathroom. When furnishing, emphasis was placed on a functional but homely atmosphere (a bit of color simply had to be ...). Most of the furniture is flexible, so it can be moved as you like. In the meantime, a small sofa replaces two of the armchairs. There is also a long bench at the dining table, which my previous guests really appreciate. The studio is suitable for one or two people. Kirchgasse 246 is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed.

Empfehlenswert
