About this house rental
You will absolutely love this Texas style lake house situated on a private road in a small, very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The home features 5,870 sq. ft. of total comfort. It is supplied with all the household items you need ... utensils, soaps, shampoo, hair dryers, detergents, kitchen and bath towels, wash cloths, toilet paper, etc. WiFi and television service is also provided.
Home sleeps 18 comfortably. Your Family or group can use all 5 bedrooms, 2 bunkrooms, 6 and 1/2 baths. Also a private outside shower on the porch has Hot and Cold water. Fabulous custom kitchen with oversized refrigerator and freezer, two dishwashers, double ovens, microwave, warming drawer, gas stove, ice maker and all the appliances and cookware you will ever need to fix your favorite meals. The large table seats 12 with 4 backed stools at the breakfast bar. The laundry room has a large washer, dryer and another refrigerator. The porch table seats 6 with 6 additional folding chairs available. There are also folding chairs at the boat house.
The dining area and great room are huge and look directly at the lake through eight very large windows. 12 foot ceilings with wooden beams throughout the first floor add to the beauty and openness of the home. Wait till you see the bathrooms. Large upstairs Gameroom w/ Arcade Pacman, great pool table and games for the kids to use as their own. Sit on the back porch and enjoy the built in Lynx grilling area while watching the sunset around the cozy outdoor wood burning fireplace.
The boatdock has decking that is constructed of material that will not splinter and the private outside shower on the porch has Hot and Cold water. Located on a cul-de-sac in a very quiet and tranquil neighborhood down a private road with lots of extra parking available on our one acre grass lot directly across the street.
This house has it all and would be a great retreat and quiet get-away for your family. You will not be disappointed!
There are two security cameras located on the exterior of the house. One is located in the front on the garage and displays the driveway as well as the lot across the street. The second camera is on the back of the house and displays the edge of the backyard and boat dock which stores our boat and jet skis.
Lease home for up to 18 people. See rate schedule below for daily rates and minimum stay requirements. Renters must be age 25 or older. We do not rent for student groups or parties.
$750 Security Deposit is required. The Security Deposit is held 14 days after checkout until satisfactory inspection. Full payment of Rent and State Occupancy Tax of 8% plus a cleaning/linen fee of $225 is due 30 days in advance of arrival.

This house was so spacious and accommodated 5 families. The views of the lake were amazing!! We enjoyed fishing off the dock, and we did catch quite a bit of fish! The mooring whips were great to keep our boat in the water during our stay! Enjoyed relaxing on the patio watching the kids swim and family fish! We enjoyed our family vacation! Overall a great home!

This home is so spacious, clean, well furnished and haseverything you need to cook indoors or out. The outdoor area is nice for hanging out and plenty of room to fish from dock. The beds were comfortable and I loved that we all had our own bathroom. The house is so spacious and well built that it was quiet even with a dozen people. Lots of extras including 2 refrigerators. 2 ovens, large gas stovetop, 2 dishwashers, ice maker to name a few. We stayed a 3 other lake houses in the area and this one was by far our favorite. Thank you to the owners for great communication and quick responses when we had questions.

This was a perfect house in every way! It was close to our venue, Margot Hill, for our daughter’s wedding! There was tons of space for everyone to spread out. Not only does this house have tons of bedrooms, but it also has an equal amount of bathrooms for everyone to get ready in! The property owner is the best at communication and information!!! The beds are comfy and the house is stocked so well with everything you could need! I cannot say enough good things about this property.

Great location, beautiful home, lots of space for privacy or togetherness! Everything we needed was there. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of bathrooms and lots of hot water for all of us to shower whenever we needed. Communication was easy and quick! We would definitely stay here again!

This was our 2nd year staying here and the 15 of us had a picture perfect time. The house is located in a perfect spot and designed to support big groups with plenty of space everywhere so nobody felt crowded. Large shade trees out back and lake effect breeze kept us comfortable in the heat while out playing yard games.
We were already talking about next year staying here again because we enjoyed it so much.
Great hospitality from the property owners to ensure we had everything we needed.

You could not ask for a more spectacular home right on the lake with a dock over the water. We rented a boat and enjoyed everything about the home and the lake. The high ceilings in all the
downstairs gives this sprawling home an even grander feel. Lauren was helpful with all the details.

Spectacular Home and Host!
This house was perfect for our group of 5 couples and 7 kids. This is the only VRBO I have experienced that the house is even better than the pictures. Beautiful home and great hosts! Hosts were very kind to answer any questions timely while we were there. Very friendly and professional. We will definitely be back next year!

We enjoyed the house very much and it worked well for our group. The grounds on the lake are very nice. The communication with the host was the only thing lacking. The first issue arose when she contacted me about a trailer that was parked by one of my family members on the land we were told was for our parking. This alerted me to the fact that she had recording devices and was monitoring our stay which had not been noted in the listing. I apologized for not having known myself about the trailer but it was parked on land she had noted was for parking for our party. I asked her if she wanted the trailer to leave and she never said she did but kept messaging me about the trailer being there. The second and lesser issue was that my aunt left a speaker on the property. I asked if they had found a speaker and if it would be possible to mail it to her. She said yes and a few days later I got a Venmo charge for much more than the cost to ship something. She said the fee was high because she paid the person who shipped the speaker. My only complaint here is that my aunt may have not have asked to get the speaker back if she would have known how much she would be charged to ship it back. At that rate she could have purchased a new speaker.

Absolutely wonderful property
Sometimes there’s a level of sophistication that you can’t see in pictures. The home is actually way nicer than the pictures portray. Comfortable beds, nice hand soaps, incredible communication from the host, we definitely will be staying here again!

This property is beyond expectations in every way! Every room is very spacious and very well adorned. The kitchen was far more than any group could need and was extremely well equipped having a commercial refrigerator, double oven, 6 burner cooktop, two dishwashers, ice maker and more. The great room is huge and perfect for our family to all enjoy at onece. All seven bedrooms were perfect for us and four had king beds! Six bathrooms! All 13 of us were able to sit at the same very large dining table. The outdoor kitchen was also a hit with a large grill, fireplace and lots of room for conversation and viewing the beautiful lake. Although we did not catch any fish off the spacious boat dock, we had a great time trying. And the views of the lake especially at sunset were beyond words. The back yard space worked great for our corn hole and bocce games. I can hardly wait to come back and spend more time at this beautiful house on Cedar Creek Reservoir!

I contemplated whether or not I should tite my review as I did because I'd hate for this place to get so popular that it not be available whenever we'd like to rent it again but that wouldn't be fair. Our experience was spectacular from quick confirmation, to thorough instructions, to wondrrful communities with host to the beautiful, amenities and incredi ble views. We couldn't have been happier!!! This place exceded our expectations in every way and I totally recommend this place! Special thanks to our host/contact person Lauren! You were absolutely amazing!!!

Amazing lake house
The house was exactly as promised - big and beautiful! It is a great place to have a family reunion as there is a large table to seat everyone and plenty of seating in the living area. Kitchen is amazing with a huge freezer/refrigerator, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and ice maker. Extra refrigerator/freezer in laundry room too. Outdoor covered patio was also large and provided a shady and breezy area for elderly parents to sit and watch us in the lake. We would definitely book this house again and highly recommend it!

The most amazing place !
We have been coming to Cedar Creek for 6 years and staying in various places we thought were great until we arrived here. This was beyond amazing, the house, the property, the attention and courtesy of our host and more. The pictures we saw of it in VRBO looked outstanding but once you arrived you realized the pictures just didn't do the place justice. We had a group of 14 adults and kids and everyone had plenty of space, main living area/kitchen was perfect and the view of the lake was the best. Could not have had a better time here and we all wished we could stay longer. We're already talking about a return trip.

Absolutely perfect
We had a father/son trip. 6 graduating seniors and their dads. This property was awesome. Great water views. Very spacious. Big bedrooms. Comfortable beds. Extremely clean, upscale, and very well furnished. Lauren was fantastic as well. Very communicative and provided lots of pertinent information. I rent a lot of VRBO‘s every year and this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend.

Great stay once again!
I coordinate a reunion of 12 college friends who have gathered yearly for 21 years. We have rented many houses in that time, but Lauren's property has become our all-time favorite. First of all, you are literally right on the lake. Great backyard and porch with the water right behind you. And the home is perfect for a large group. Plenty of beds, bathrooms, and and awesome kitchen for preparing food and sharing meals together with friends. And Lauren the owner is a greater owner to work with. One of my group recently left their laptop in the house. Lauren went out of her way to get the laptop shipped back to DFW in a day. We love this property! 5-stars all the way around.

Wonderful stay
The house was beautiful and easily fit our three families. We did a lot of fishing from the attached dock and loved spending time outside with the patio fireplace. Such a great time, and Lauren was exceptionally responsive to all my silly questions. Loved it!

stunning spacious home!
Our family of 8 adults and 2 young kiddos had an amazing time in Lauren's beautiful home. We were spread out and never felt too cramped. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you could need and it is a delight to cook in. The outdoor fire place, grill, and covered patio are wonderful for winding down. We spent our mornings and evenings fishing off the shaded dock and the days floating off the dock. It's shallow enough to walk around and has a sandy bottom which is wonderful. I cannot say enough nice things about this property or Lauren's communication leading up to it. Honestly, I don't think the pictures on the listing do justice to the beauty and quality construction of this home. The sun doesn't hit the backyard when it rises or sets so you never have to worry about that overwhelming afternoon heat. Our only comment would be to have a larger bed option in some of the kids rooms as the twin beds were really tight for adults. We hope to stay here again and I cannot recommend this home enough!

Wonderful place for a lake getaway!
Our group had a blast here at the lake. Summer camp got canceled so the moms and daughters went to spend some time swimming and playing at the lake. The property was amazing - clean, lots of room and a gorgeous view of the water - will definitely be back again!

There were 12 adults and everyone raved that this home was the best we've ever rented. So spacious and comfortable!
Loved the 12 person dining table and outdoor shower and so many bathrooms and the view of the lake and so many other amenities.

Perfect Family Get Away
Beautiful, spacious home was perfect for our multi-generational family get-together! We had 16 in our group and plenty of space to hang out together or spread out. The owner communicated consistently through our preparation and during our stay, even sending photos of kitchen equipment so we could adequately plan.
The dock was the perfect place to lay out, fish, float, or launch our jet skis and rented boat. We loved how the water was shallow enough for walking near the dock- and the sandy bottom was a bonus!
We will definitely be back.
