This new beautiful 5 bedroom / 5.5 bath townhome can sleep 19 guests comfortably, or up to 23 guests with the assistance of 4 fold-out twin mats. There is plenty of room for all! The first level of the home is an open floor plan style, with high ceilings and gorgeous decor. The master bedroom and ensuite bath are right off the entryway. Relax in the soaking tub or rinse off in the large separate shower. You will have plenty of room to get ready for your day at the double sink vanity. Just outside the master bedroom, you have your own patio where you can relax. You will find the living room, kitchen, dining room, a half bathroom, and access to the back patio and BBQ grill right outside the dining area door. This was a perfect spot for our family reunion. We had three couples and two singles. Everyone had their own bathroom. We spent most of our time together in the downstairs great room. This house can handle a lot more people than we had in our group. There are two bunk rooms and there are futons in every closet. It was a great base for us as we visited parks and family in the area.
The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, and even some spices.
We had to reset the modem many times. It could have been because of the heat. The modem is in the garage. This was our biggest frustration.

My brother and our families stayed here for a family members wedding, the house was amazing and comfortable, the two player video game was an extra bonus, asteroids tournament all weekend, brought back memories and made new ones with our grown kids.

Great location and perfect layout of the house to allow for plenty of space for both sets of parents we brought along with us. The upstairs patio was a big hit to be able to look out over the pool, and having lots of bathrooms made getting ready in the morning super easy. Beds were very comfortable as were the couches in the living spaces.

We had our family reunion in your beautiful home. It was so nice to have three master bedrooms with their own bathrooms upstairs for the married couples. The bunk room was great for all the cousins. It was nice to have two tv rooms. It was nice being so close to the pool and clubhouse although the jacuzzi was out of order which was a bummer.
A few things would be nice to have: lotion, Kleenex boxes, Saran Wrap and foil and paper towels in the kitchen. A few step stools in the bathrooms so the kids could reach the sinks to wash their hands. Other than that, it was clean and very comfortable!! We will definitely rent again.

The house was great! There was a bed for everyone, and it had everything we needed. We wish the listing would have been a little more clear about the four beds in public spaces meaning 4 fold-out mats, but it worked okay. We loved having the pool so close by and playing pickle ball just down the street.

Thank you so much for Hosting our stay in the St. George area. We were a family group of 14. The home fit our group perfectly—lots of room for the adults and children. We enjoyed the pool area daily and were close to amazing hikes and local activities. We enjoyed breakfast in the house daily and the kitchen was well stocked. There was lots of indoor and outdoor seating. In the evenings we played some of the games provided. There was tons of fun for the Family to bond and play together.

We loved the place and will rent here in the future. A few minor things. One of the blinds in bunk room was broken. Some of the bedroom doors wouldn't stay open. The one hall bathroom door had a hard time latching sometimes. Other than that very good and very clean! We loved our stay!

Spacious, comfortable, and convenient. My only suggestion would be to make sure that everything is well stocked. We quickly ran out of kitchen garbage bags and there were no baggies or aluminum foil. Otherwise, it was wonderful!

My group just had the pleasure of staying a week at this house while we were playing in a softball tournament. Great communication by the host. The location was great as it was a five minute walk to the Gubler complex and about a five minute drive to the Canyon Complex. The house fit all of our needs. The community pool was just outside our back door and Pickleball courts were about 200 feet down the street. The house was well stock and fit all of our needs. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in town.

Beautiful Surroundings close to Tuachaan and Snow Canyon. Roomy up to date condo with comfortable beds and plenty of extra bedding. Great layout for multi family vacation.Awesome pool and hot tub. Splash pad was not working, no Xbox in the Clubhouse (as advertised.) Very stinky trash cans in garage.Would have appreciated patio furniture on upper deck. Overall throughly enjoyed the house and will definitely book in the future.

Hi! We had an awesome time and loved the place. The only thing we would want to let you know about was that the recliner in the main room was a little unbalanced when you recline. It would have been easy for someone to fall out. But it really was a delightful stay! Super clean! And we loved the extra beds that let kids sleep on the floor - that was so helpful. Would recommend!

Afraid that someone else had our door code, I called the vacation rental property and they learned it was an inspector who came a day early. They responded quickly and I appreciated their response.

Excellent place for pool time
The house is large and comfortable. The rooms are spacious. There is a bathroom in each which was great and gave everyone the privacy they wanted. The bunk room holds a lot of kids. The pool is easily accessible and our kids couldn't get enough.

Very clean and the property was wonderful. Close access to the pool and club house. Really nice property. I would suggest this for any team travel for sure. The only question mark I have is that it says it sleeps 23. The most I could see it would sleep is 19.
We absolutely loved the property and the layout. The garage was even big enough to fit my truck. One of our favorite places.

The location was great with many things to do, the townhouse was very nice however there were a few things that would have made it better. Most of the mattresses were in great condition but there was one mattress on the top of the queen bunk that was very hard and another mattress at the top of the stairs to the right that felt like it was folding in on you. Other than those the rest of the mattresses were very nice! Even though there was a potato peeler on the list of items in the home we were unable to find one and the can opener was very difficult to use, a new one is needed desperately. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others!! Thank you for a great time!!

Super Clean!
Beautifully furnished, super clean home. Great location right next to the pool. Excellent response to needs, we ran out of garbage bags and they had more to us within the hour. Will definitely be renting again for future baseball tournaments. Comfortably fit 4 families.
