A short 1 minute walk to either St. Pete's beautiful Upham Beach on the Gulf of Mexico or all the abundant Nightlife & Restaurants on Gulf Blvd. Free WiFi (Spectrum high speed Internet) & 2 separate 32" HD TV's (Living Room with sofa bed & Bedroom Queen Size bed), have all premium, movie, news, & sports channels. Recently installed bedroom wall and ceiling soundproofing guarantees a good night sleep. This Unit is affordably priced for the Budget Conscious desiring a Premium Beach Location.
This charming 1 Bedroom Unit has all the amenities of home. Shop the local grocery stores and dine in, or visit the many inexpensive Restaurants along Gulf Blvd. Complimenting the recently renovated kitchen, the Refrigerator and Pantry are stocked with many essentials and snacks. Bring only your swim wear and flip flops as there's a Beach Wagon, Cooler, Beach Chairs, Noodles, Beach Umbrella, Boogie Board, Big Beach Towels, and more waiting for you.
Just outside your door, enjoy the relaxing use of your own private shaded courtyard complete with lounge chairs. There too, are a dining table & chairs. Our spacious heated pool & lounge area is located around the corner, on Beach Plaza. The beautiful Palm shaded garden area on Sunset Way has a Tiki Hut and Shuffleboard Court. A Bar-B-Q area with picnic tables are available to you, too.
Both our entire pool and garden areas now have FREE WiFi access.
We also give our Guests Electronic Free Parking in all available spaces around the Friendly Native & neighboring Gulf Winds. Guest must provide their vehicle make, model & license plate information prior to check in for registration with the Parking Bureau.
