Beautiful vacation home sits above the 4th Tee at Bear Lake Golf Course.
Great place for large groups and/or reunions. 360 degree views, see the golf course and mountains from the full length deck, where the gas BBQ grill is located, or view beautiful Bear Lake from the front porch and upper deck. Several rooms have direct access to the decks which provide great views and fresh air.
**Access to Ideal Beach is included with the rental. This includes access to the beach, swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts, playground, etc.
Includes two kayaks, paddle board, and a tandem bike for your use.
Fully-equipped kitchen with an inductive stove. New kitchenette add downstairs in 2023.
Spacious dining area with tables and bar for seating large groups. Open area living room on the main with gas fireplace and full length deck that overlooks the golf course. Downstairs features a family room with wood stove and a huge garage and storage area.
The spacious layout allows for large groups to spread out and have some privacy when desired, while the family rooms, dining area, and loft offer space to gather together for eating, games, etc. The firepit to the north and the large grass area to the south are great for family/group gatherings and games as well. For returning guests this is a change, we have purchased the lot to the north making the firepit available. The lot can also be used for parking.
Three new decks and remodelled front porch in 2023 with fabulous views in all directions.
There is a ping-pong table in the garage and a double shot basketball game. Lawn games, fishing gear, golf clubs, beach chairs, and more available in the garage.
Winter wonderland! Fantastic sledding hill out the back door. Snowmobile right from the house with quick access to the sinks area snowmobile trail system. Twenty minutes from Beaver Mt ski resort.

We had a family reunion here and it was such a great house. The views were beautiful and it was in a great location. Loved the well stocked kitchen which was super helpful for the crowd we were feeding. The porch out back was a favorite place for everyone to eat and visit with the beautiful view.
Lots of games available for our use as well. Very helpful owners who responded quickly to our needs. Highly recommend!

Our family loved our stay here. We had kids and grandkids and there were plenty of sleeping spaces and bathrooms. The house was well stocked with all you’d need including swings and toys for kids. The view out the main living room is beautiful. Makes you feel right in the mountains. And the ideal beach passes were so handy to enjoy the beach and pool.

Overall this was a nice stay. Whenever we had any questions, Kerry was prompt to answer. The house was clean and comfortable. The main kitchen work area and countertops were okay but would have been nice if it was bigger. We had 30 people. Some of us ate outside and some in the dining area so that worked out great. It was nice to have the extra kitchen downstairs and we needed it at times especially cooking a big breakfast. It was nice to be able to use the outdoor grill and the fire pit was fun to sit around and make s'mores. It was nice to be able to use the passes to Ideal beach. We had a fun day at the beach. Just a hint, go early to the beach to set up your canopy and to find parking. It was nice that the house had tennis rackets we could use there. So of the kids also enjoyed the swimming pool.

We had 25 people of all ages for a week long family reunion, and we all loved it! Plenty of spaces for each individual family to sleep, lots of seating for eating meals and hanging out, beautiful views of the lake and golf course from the deck and large windows, and a convenient location. There were lots of games and activities to keep the kids entertained, and the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. The extra fridge in the garage was helpful, the passes to Ideal Beach were a great bonus, and there was plenty of parking. We enjoyed the fire pit and the bbq. The host was very responsive. We would stay here again!

The home is beautiful but small improvements would help. The outdoor games and ping pong table were in pretty bad shape and missing pieces.We we’re told day of check in that golf cart was not available.Ceiling fan in living room was noisy and wobbly. Both living room reclining couches were broken.One oven was not working properly because of broken door but we were able to use downstairs one fine. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of bedding and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for meals.overall great stay with nice views of Bear Lake and golf course.

We enjoyed our stay and had a successful reunion with 22 people. The amenities were bascally as advertised and we had a lot of fun. We only had 2 passes to Ideal Beach (which was not a problem), and the kids loved the swimming pool there. For families with small children or infants, be aware that there is not a full-sized crib as I had thought from the description, but there is a pack-n-play, and an older portable-sized wooden crib.
There was an issue with ants in a couple of sleeping locations. (office bedroom and Harry Potter closet)
We are currently working with VRBO, our trip insurance, and the site hosts on a damage issue which I hope will be amicably resolved. Overall a great stay.

We stayed here for a family get together and had a great time! There are many amenities that made it a fun stay. There was plenty of room for everyone. It was very clean and had plenty of space to park cars and our boat. We would for sure stay here again!

The house was clean and cozy. We had plenty of room for all of us for our family reunion. We really loved the ping pong set up in the garage. The views of the lake from the deck and kitchen windows was incredible. This was the perfect retreat for us! We want to come next year!

We had a family reunion this year and it was great. The home was as advertised. It was perfect for larger groups and in a beautiful area. The perk of having access to ideal beach amenities is nice bonus.
We would stay here again and recommend it to those visiting Bear Lake.

We loved staying at this property! It had more than enough room for our group of 23. It is a very comfortable home. We loved the golf cart and water toys and yard games. The kids loved the hill in the back. We spent a lot of time rolling down it. The location was perfect for golfing and going to the beach. The view was beautiful too. The owners are the best. We appreciate them answering all of our questions and being so patient with us. We have no complaints and would love to come back. We highly recommend this beautiful home if anyone wants to have a great time at Bear Lake.

We've now stayed here twice and have already booked it for a third vacation. We've stayed at many places in the area over the years and so far this is our favorite. We have a couple of families that stay together with a total of 15-16, more than half of them adults. We need a place that accommodates us and this place has worked extremely well. Our second time here we could see the improvements that have been made and the effort the hosts/owners put into maintaining the properly. There are always little things that come up but the hosts always respond quickly and do everything necessary to make it right. The amenities are hard to beat with Ideal Beach access and kayaks / paddle board as well as a wide variety of on-site games/toys etc. Our thanks to the hosts for providing such an incredible property!

The home was great and Kerri was super responsive. Location was perfect, super close to Ideal Beach which was a huge plus. My only thought would be a later check out time, I thought 10 was a little early and made it a little challenging to get so many people up and out in the morning.

We enjoyed the use of the kayaks for the lake and the family liked the tandem bike. Our grandkids spent a lot of time in the garage playing games and on the side grass of the house. We took our family photo on the back of the property with the big pine trees as the backdrop. We were very happy overall with the property and the management were always very helpful and responsive.

Bear Lake rental
The house was very nice, loved the proximity to the golf course. View of Bear Lake is beautiful. Enjoyed the tandem bike, and use of the kayaks and paddle board. Check in and out was super easy, owner expectations were clearly spelled out and easily met. Many games and puzzles in the house, pantry was well stocked, good space to be together or spread out. Yard and decks are lovely. Only issue was with the included beach access, on that (separate) website, Ideal beach seems to be fully accessible, but is in fact limited to seasonal dates, and the pools and hot tubs were not available at the times listed on the Ideal website. Access to the beach, playground and lawn games were as advertised, and we did enjoy what we could, just know to call the office for Ideal Beach to know what is available before Memorial Day.

A wonderful holidays in the snowy outdoors!
This was our second trip to this property. Lovely home, very comfortable. Lots of bedrooms and plenty of space for alone time, and great room with a big table for meals and smaller tables for games. Well appointed kitchen great for cooking meals. Kerry the owner is very responsive and willing to answer all questions. A bonus - the house was decked out for the holidays, which was wonderful!

Family Christmas Vacation
We had a great time. Listing stated that the home slept 30 people which was not the case. The dryer was broken upon arrival which we were not made aware of until after we had a load of wet towels which we had to hang on chairs and dry by the fireplace. Not till the second day of the repairman not showing up were we told that there was an additional dryer locked in the garage. Home does not provide wash clothes so bring your own. Kids had a blast sledding down the large hill in the backyard on the sleds. Living room/kitchen area is very spacious for large family gatherings and playing games.

This was a complete package. A wonderful vacation home with full privileges at the Ideal Beach Resort. We love the large open space in the home for our family get togethers and meals. Most of the family spend a lot of time at the resort facilities, enjoying the pools and the beach and the courts. We also rented a boat from the resort and enjoyed a half day on beautiful Bear Lake. The views from the vacation home were amazing. I highly recommend this place!

Perfect Bear Lake Family Stay
Held our family reunion of 24 people and all fit and slept comfortably. Views all around were spectacular. Fun being right on the golf course, and also conveniently located to the lake beaches and marina. Very clean and well-equipped home. Only a few very minor repairs/basic upkeep needed during the busy season. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Reunion
The Lake House turned out to be a wonderful home base for our family reunion at Bear Lake. We were impressed with the well-stocked kitchen (utensils and appliances - we brought our own food!) and beautiful yard. There was plenty of room to spread out and find private spots, yet also gather together for meals and visiting. And it didn't take long to drive to the marina, beach parks, hiking trails, and to get the famous raspberry shakes.

The Golf Course Vacation Home was beautiful! Our family had plenty of room for our children and grandkids to enjoy. Great amenities and we really enjoyed the pass to Ideal Beach Resort which was included with house rental. Kerry and her husband greeted us when we arrived, and were great hosts.
