The 4-room house offers 108 square meters of space with a bright and practical furnishing. The living/dining room is equipped with a TV, and it provides access to the terrace. Two rooms each have a french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), while one room has two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm).

The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, and a microwave. The property also features a shower/WC, a separate WC, electric heating, and air-conditioning. Additionally, a washing machine and free WiFi internet are available for your convenience.
Other Information
This is a non-smoking house, and a maximum of one pet/dog is allowed. A smoke alarm is installed for your safety. Please note that due to water restrictions implemented in response to drought conditions in certain regions of France, the swimming pool may remain closed until the legal restrictions allowing the filling and replenishment of water in private swimming pools and ponds are lifted.
