It’s a nice big apartment close to the red line and walking distance to plenty of great restaurants. The building is clean and quiet. Our only complaint is that the air conditioner vent in the bedroom is positioned so that it blasts massive amounts of cold air directly into the bed, which made sleeping difficult and uncomfortable.

Great location- walkable to a lot. Check in at front desk. All expected amenities plus a washer dryer. Would stay again!

Super easy check in, immediate response to questions, great location and a lovely space. We could walk to most places we were going, and the neighborhood was very nice.

This property had everything we needed for a comfortable week in Chicago! It was immaculately clean and accommodating for cooking, working and relaxing. Plus it offered a great view of the city lights at night. The location is ideal if you are using the CTA to travel around the city or if you are walking. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice apartment in a great location. The hosts were good at communicating. We will stay here again.

Clean, easy check-in, Whole Foods right across the stree, absolutely wonderful location in River North. BUT the property we were placed in was right next to the trash chute for the floor, the trash chute was right behind the bed, and the other residents ignore the posted hours limits of 10 PM-6 AM. I was woken up at all hours of the night every night, multiple times, and couldn't get back to sleep, even sleeping with both earplugs and headphones on. If I can't sleep in a property, then the property is not worth renting. The second issue was the heat in the property was too high and the controller didn't work properly. Other than those two things, the property was great and I would have rented again. If you are an uber heavy sleeper or plan to be up all night, then the rental might work out great.

Wonderful little studio apartment in the city. I just don’t know why Vrbo charged me $40 extra on my credit card

Instructions for check in and check out were clearly communicated and easy.

Very nice, well appointed, clean property in a large condominium property. Restaurants, L and sites (Magnificent Mile, Navy Pier, theater district, river, etc.) are within a reasonable walking distance. Check-in info efficiently delivered and check-in was seamless. No 5th star on overall rating because of lack of fitness facilities. Also, be advised that there is no cable or sat service for the TV so if you don't subscribe to streaming services you may have limited options. Will definitely look to stay again if/when we return to Chicago.

The property was beautiful inside and very clean. The location was ideal for touring Chicago for a few days, and we would definitely stay here again!

Great part of town. Clean. Door lock was tricky but it seemed to be fixed the last day after we reported it.

Great location and clean. Would stay there again.

Easy check in process. I could have used a quick orientation to the neighborhood. Having a whole foods grocery in the building was great for quick food runs. Harder time finding a pharmacy. Walkable to restaurants, transportation and shopping.
