Wonderful, comfortable, quiet stay.

The location was great, because it was far enough off the road that we heard no traffic noise. The breakfast included wonderful, health, tasty selections. The room was fabulous - large, comfortable, and everything worked!

Can't think of anything negative about our stay! :-)

The facility itself and the staff were wonderful.

The location was convenient since it was close to watsonville. There wasn't much around that particular Hotel as far as restaurants go or entertainment so it might not be for everyone.

The only unpleasant experience was one of the workers at the breakfast buffet was very unpleasant when I asked her where I could find the salt to put on my eggs. She seemed extremely annoyed that I asked her..

A good option in Watsonville. We joined family staying in Pajaro Dunes. Liked that is was so close.

The breakfast was quick with several options to choose from. Our room was very clean. Loved having coffee in room.

Shower floor was very slippery. The tv wouldn’t work. Maintenance came and fixed it but later the remote stopped working.

A very nice place to stay in Watsonville

Didn’t spend much time there. Just slept there and breakfast. Good bed, good shower. Plenty of towels. Quiet. Very nice breakfast.

Nice facility, although it looks as if “we’re not in Kansas anymore”…or maybe we are?

Nicely appointed room, comfortable bed, efficient staff.

The property is in the middle of an agricultural area with virtually no attraction, entertainment, or eating establishment around it. To be more accurate, there is a Starbucks in front of the inn. In fact, it looks as if it were dropped on the Hampton doorstep. Otherwise, you are in the middle of a “corn field”!

Colazione meravigliosa, camera grande, letto comodo, moderno pulito e ben arredato.

The beds were comfortable, place was clean, huge rooms!

The windows leaked and the rain was getting in and you could hear it all night. The AC unit made a funny noise but having it off was too hot.

Fabulous stay for the family.

Close to Santa Cruz but quiet and peaceful! Starbucks and gas right outside. Breakfast included along with coffee, tea, and water. Hotel is or appears to be brand new and even has a lovely gym and pool.

We had an awesome visit and will definitely return!

Everything was wonderful. Friendly staff, breakfast was great with many options, hotel was very clean, and great rooms too. Destiny’s a GEM and went over and above the call of duty. She really added the xtra spark to our visit!!!

The breakfast had much to be desired. (scrambled eggs were watered down. potatoes should have been cooked longer...) The service at breakfast was almost non-existant.

Confortable, with room for improvement

The hotel is new, clean and well maintained. The room was confortable, and the beds were perfect. The pool and the fitness center were relatively small, but there was nobody when we used them. The breakfast was good, and staff is taking care during the whole morning. We recommend this hotel for a stopover on the highway 1.

Definitely this kind of hotel should stop using paper plates and cutlery made of plastic! This would be good for both the environment and the customer experience!

this Hampton Inn is comfortable and clean.

The property is clean, easily accessible from Highway one and there’s a Starbucks in front of it and a gas station with a little market.

we were put into the room right next to the elevator, which is noisy. If we were to stay there again, I would ask for a different room.

Like a cheap Motel 6 in the 1980s - but I paid over $200; dirty; won't stay again.

Close to where we needed to be in Watsonville

Floors in common areas were filty at 7am - spilled and dried coffee and drinks, dirt clods, gum wrappers and dirt in the elevators. Beds uncomfortable. Poor construction -- gloppy paint in bathroom. Food/ breakfast area still using cheap paper plates, utensils and cups. So cheap that the food bent the plates and dropped on the floor, spoon broke while removing from wrapper. Unacceptable and very very irritating.
