This property is good for couples who are travelling together or solo travellers.

We loved that there was a park in front of the building and we could take our dog for a walk there. We also loved the strip of bars right next door to the building.

Although it was advertised that the pool was not going to be accessible until the end of March, we didn't like that we had to pack and go to the building next door just to enjoy sitting by the pool. We didn't like that the temperature of the business room was set at a low temperature. Everyone we encountered in this room agreed that the room was too cold and it was difficult to sit for an hour straight to get some work done.

Otima opçao!!! porem….funcionarios ruims!

predio novo e bem localizado, instalações do hotel mto boas inclusive a academia porem por se tratar de um aluguel particular os funcionarios doa recepçao do condomínio sao pouco prestativos e nao se mostram interessados em resolver qq problema que se apresente, isso se mostra bem ruim no fim de semana qnd não há gerente e o escritorio esta fechado…ai se vc tiver algum problema esta perdido!!!

won’t return or recommend for business travelers

good location, generally quiet room and floor, laundry in room.

rude or unresponsive front desk staff, poor options to pay for parking that was supposed to be “unlimited” , uncomfortable bed, and sofa . difficult Tv system, extremely cold business center. one of the main elevators was frequently not working. pool wasn’t on site

what I don't like is every time we check in. very bad service at the desk. we also could not sleep well because we were disturbed by nuisance noises from work. You also have to park so far ,while you have plenty of parking, why do you let people park so far? And the service from the ladies at the desk is really bad 👎🏻 and the room was not clean good so much dusty everywhere ..I am disappointed with your service

Great Location uncomfortable Stay.

Location and the fact that there was a public adjacent to the property. Great view at night

The fact that we had to switch rooms three times. First unlit loud noise every 30sec from master toilet shower not clean. Second room bathroom not cleaned hair in shower, hair in the bed on the pillows food still in the refrigerator. Third room shower not clean calcium build up in shower head nasty soap scum on shower doors and shower tiles. Bed sheets stained. cleaning lady switched sheets for me and tried to clean shower. I had to go to Publix and buy Kaboom to clean the shower. A portion of my stay should be refunded for the inconvenience. you all ask for a certain amount to be paid prior to coming, then I should have Received a clean condo. Luxury nothing luxury nor grand about this! We drove 9 1/2 hours and was expecting better! I looked for other hotels but everything was booked.

good location, easy parking, stunning view to Miami. administration services regular.

location. it’s in Doral. very good restaurants nearby. wonderful view to Miami Skyline.

administration service was regular at reception. changed into nice treatment during checkout. rented a 3BD Apartment. it wasn’t super clean what you would expect from a grand luxury hotel.

The view

I didn’t like that I paid for an upgrade for my room to be a one bedroom and paid an extra $300 through booking and never got the upgrade nor did Provident receive the $300 but didn’t have the room I asked for.so I had to settle for a studio bcuz the property was sold out.

Exceptional

it was secure, very clean whole block of restaurants , big park for kids . just beautiful

the pool was not open due to construction but they did have a pool at the sister location down the block that also had a bar and lunch. beds were uncomfortable nice pillows though .

Great location clean easy check in and out

No internet reported servaral times but it was never fixed ask that they give me updates on it and never got one. Coffee maker didn't work. No staff to help during weekend as office closes at5pm Friday. No pool as under construction

Great Luxury Condo

Room was perfect! Very clean and plenty of space. I was very impressed. Gym was awesome. Kids play area was awesome. Lots of walkable restaurants and park across the street.

The only downside was that pool was closed. You can use the pool at the sister property but they close pretty early. Also, no wash clothes 6.

Everyone was very friendly. The bed was comfortable and the view was pretty

I didn't like how they didn't have everything organized for when I got there. I had to be buzzed in the whole weekend because the fob didn't work. I also didn't like how we didn't get to utilize the pool but I understand that it was under construction

We really enjoyed our experience with the location of the property but didn’t when the central air went out and no one r

The decor in the lobby and the room. The location and the close proximity to the local restaurants. The atmosphere was fabulous during the day and night. The staff (women) were always friendly.

The TV, the central air, and even the dryer didn’t work/function properly and we didn’t receive a discount nor some type of gift card for our inconvenience. As we had to indure no central air. When reported the 1st day. No repairman responded!!! This is where the property should have jumped in and offered a discount or gift. are, something.

Disappointing

Since the moment of check in the person was not very friendly. They wouldnt even hold the luggage until check in time. Definitely not a hotel feeling as they are selling. The pool is not working, for pool access you have to to other properties. The AC stopped working during the stay. Would not recommend or use again

very comfy and nice place! ultra clean!

the location, close to the restaurants and grocery store. the cleanliness and the staff. the amenities (washing machine, dryer…) enough towels parking safe location enough space comfortable and nice decoration

no swimming pool while we see it on the pictures on booking. the beds were not of good quality. the elevator was out of order the day of our departure no carrier for luggages available upon our arrival
