Can't get any closer to the Beach/Ocean! Spectacular View! This is a First Floor Luxury Direct Ocean - Beach Front Condo! Just Steps to the Beach! Wi-Fi! Linens Included. This stunning first floor condominium comes with an expansive deck with 2 sliding glass doors that lead to the living room and master bedroom with the most comfortable upgraded king-size bed. A second deck overlooking the full-size pool leads to the second bedroom, complete with a comfortable queen bed and twin trundle bed. Even though it is on first floor, it's high enough to view over the dunes and see the beach/ocean. First floor means less steps to the condo. Especially helpful when you are lugging baggage, food and beach supplies.
This condo has one of the largest oceanfront decks in Carolina Beach: Covered Deck (12' x 24') - Watch the sunrise or view the dolphins and surfers play in the sea. Most of our guests spend much of their time on the deck that has a very comfortable couch & chair, 6 high sitting captain chairs and a bar height table set to enjoy the view, dine, or play games. Even if rain, you can sit out on the deck enjoying the beach/ocean sights since it is covered. Just below the deck is an outdoor shower and in the grass area, we have a BBQ to enjoy preparing your food outside.
The Kitchen has brand new top of the line cabinets, counter tops and all is decorated in warm comfortable colors. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare your meals. The condo is also Wi-Fi Ready. You will find books & games for your added enjoyment.
Just outside the condo is the large, beautiful beach that stretches for miles. There is even a lifeguard stand right on the beach, outside our building for your added swimming safety!
Adding to the enjoyment of your stay is the charming town of Carolina Beach itself. Carolina Beach is a real, year-round community with friendly people, a wide range of restaurants, famous Britt’s Doughnuts, ice cream, frozen yogurt, coffee shops, bars and quaint beach shops of all kinds. On Thursday night in the summer there are fireworks from the beach and free family movies at the nearby lake on Sundays - check for updates on activities before and during your stay. You won’t want to miss the Boardwalk, ranked one of the top 10 boardwalks in the country by Food and Wine Magazine, with its shops and fun food as well as the Ferris wheel and carnival rides throughout the summer.
All of this, and Hang Ten Grill, Squiggles, Pops Diner, Majik Beans, Sea Merchant market, Tony's bike/surf rental, Vinny's Pizza, Granny's Kitchen, Carolina Smokehouse, Kure Beach pier/bait and gift shop, Freddie's Restaurant, Kure Beach diner, Jack Mackerel's Island Grill, Happy Hippie's coffee shop, tennis/pickleball courts and playground - all of this and more are within walking distance! A short walk from the condo is the Ocean Grill Restaurant and Tiki Bar which offers outdoor bar service and live music while overlooking the ocean.
Rent or bring your bicycle (bike rack on south side of building next to beach access path) and ride through New Green Way trail which can be accessed about ¼ mile up South Carolina Ave. Or, if you prefer hiking, head out to the wooded trails at the Carolina Beach State Park which runs along a riverbed. Either location is also great for jogging.
Visit The Carolina Beach Marina and take a sightseeing cruise or charter fishing expedition. Anglers, the fishing is great! Fish on the beach, from the pier, catch a head boat, charter a boat, or launch your own at a public launch. There are many water sports to enjoy. You can rent or bring your own equipment for snorkeling, surfing and boating adventures.
Visit the North Carolina Aquarium located at the south end of the island or take a short ferry ride to Southport for the day, where you can enjoy quaint shopping, sightseeing and wonderful local seafood dining on the water. Historic Wilmington, on the Cape Fear River only 20 minutes away, is where you'll find the USS North Carolina Battleship, ghost walks, horse drawn carriage rides, boat excursions, waterfront restaurants, antique shops, and more.

This spacious beachfront luxury condo, exceeded our expectations. The location was absolutely perfect, located right on the beach, offering stunning ocean views and easy access to the sand. This condo is ideal for families, especially for an end-of-summer getaway. The modern amenities, fully equipped kitchen, and huge balcony made it feel like a home away from home. It was the perfect balance of luxury and comfort, and we couldn’t have asked for a better spot to unwind and enjoy the last days of summer. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing beachfront retreat!

Our first stay last year was so great that we booked again this year. Two bedroom, two full baths. Very modern and adequately appointed with cookware, paper goods, and appliances. You can tell the hosts are constantly making major upgrades year after year. The location can’t be beat. Also on the first level so no climbing a bunch of stairs. The unobstructed view is everything! We lived on the porch watching the sunrise and the waves and you can wake up to the ocean view from your bed in the master. The hosts respond quickly from booking to exit. It’s the perfect size for a couple, a pair of couples or a small family. We will definitely book this location again.

This was a great option for a late summer getaway with my family, including my 2 year old grandson. The condo was very nice, well appointed and supplied. The large deck more than made up for the kitchen and bathrooms on the smaller side. The mattress in the master BR was amazingly comfortable. Wish we had known more in advance about limited parking...had to park one vehicle offsite for a fee. Very convenient location right on the beach.

My family of 4 absolutely loved this great beach condo! Nice updated interior with a comfortable back porch that had the greatest view. Very easy access to the beach and close to all the restaurants and activities. The owners were very kind and responsive to any questions we had. We didn’t want to leave! Would definitely hope to return again!

Great vacation rental! Very clean! They have the best covered balcony with the most comfortable furniture! Beautiful ocean front views to have coffee and view the sunrise in the morning and then listen to the ocean and have drinks in the evening. The bedding was extremely comfortable. Easy keycode entry. Was concerned about parking, but since only one vehicle is allowed in the summer, we always found a spot big enough for our truck and never got blocked in. Great communication from the hosts! Would absolutely stay here again if visiting.

We really enjoyed our stay! We especially loved the huge porch and when we were at the condo, spent most of our time out there. The unit was very clean and it was a great location. Nice not having to go up many stairs but still had a great view. My daughter loved borrowing the boogie board and sand toys in the closet that we had access to and the outdoor shower and pool were well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome condo right on the beach. Huge outdoor deck we basically lived on. Very very clean and well appointed. Towels were fluffy. Hand soaps in both bathrooms and kitchen. Plenty of glasses dishes and silverware. TVs easy to use.
It was fantastic with my grand kids. Between the outdoor shower and easy access to the beach made everything chill. Just the way a beach vacation should be. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week. This newly remodeled condo has everything you need for a relaxing stay. All you need to bring are personal belongings and food, if you choose to cook. Cleanliness upon arrival was top notch, small appliances available along with everything needed to prepare meals in the kitchen. The large deck was such a plus! We utilized it for relaxing, eating meals, watching the sun rise and observing ocean and beach wild life. The nearby partially shaded greenway was perfection for morning runs or evening walks and terminates at a local park (a definite plus if children or grands are accompanying your party). We definitely would love to stay here again on our next trip to the area. Thank you Michael and Michele for hosting us so well!

The condo was all the pictures showed. Beach location was perfect, and I loved how there were common spices, aluminum foil and paper towels. Just needed Kleenex🙂

We had a very relaxing stay. Our favorite part was the covered porch. The owners made the investment in some comfy outdoor furniture, which is rare in rentals. We spent hours out there enjoying the sound of the ocean and the amazing views. We would definitely rent again!

This is a lovely well maintained oceanfront condo with amazing outdoor patio space. We spent much time on the patio as we listened to the many sounds of nature. It is equipped with all one needs to feel the comfort of home. The hosts were great in communicating with us in a timely manner if we needed to ask a question. This was our third consecutive year staying at this condo and have booked for next year as well. I highly recommend this condo for your next beach adventure.

The view was incredible from the large deck, where we watched the sunrise and moonlight. We also watched surfers. We got our steps in by walking to the boardwalk. We were steps away from the beach. The condo is upgraded and modern and clean.

Great place for my adult daughter and I to get away for a little rest and relaxation. The condo was just as it was described and right on the beach. The furnishings were nice, the beds comfortable, and it was well supplied. The ocean view was awesome. We loved sitting on the porch watching the ocean waves and beach activity. It’s a very family friendly area. It’s a short walk to several restaurants and a long walk or short drive to many others as well as shops and grocery stores. We would love to come back again soon.

The beach access and the HUGE covered deck with the comfortable furniture were major positives! The condo was nicely furnished and decorated and very well stocked. Parking was convenient with no problems whatsoever. Keypad entry may seem like a simple thing but it made access very easy. We would definitely be interested in a return stay in the future . We spent a few days here in late April and early May. The view of the ocean is great, and there is easy access to the beach. When we weren’t walking on the beach or exploring the area, we spent much of our time on the big porch enjoying the views and the warm weather.

Really enjoyed everything about this rental. The view was gorgeous, and the large deck allowed us to soak in every minute. You just need to be aware that you can only park right next to the building. I was under the assumption that the whole parking lot was available, but when I parked on the other side of the lot, I got a ticket!

We have stayed at this condo 3 times. We appreciate the cleanliness of this unit and the large covered balcony just a short walking distance to the beach. The owners are very easy to communicate with and provide all the move in details in a timely manner prior to check-in. Our 4th visit is already scheduled for 2023. Highly recommend this unit. You won’t be disappointed!

We had a wonderfully restful long weekend at this gem of a place. It is perfectly located just off the beach with a beautiful, large deck that overlooks the beach. It was perfect for us with little kids still napping so we could still enjoy the view of the ocean as the slept and could then head straight back to the beach when they woke up, with easy beach access. The place is clean, beautifully decorated and has all you need to relax and unwind. We hope to be back again very soon. Thanks so much Michele and Michael, the weekend was just what we needed.
