About this house rental
Apartment Prugnolo encompasses the entire ground floor of the main structure and furnished with a mix of antique and modern furniture.
The sunny kitchen is framed by a brick archway that leads into a large living room with 2 single beds. Prugnolo’s double bedroom, located just across the corridor from the bathroom with shower, has an antique wardrobe and matching dresser.
- Thanks to a careful restructuring, the Casale di Villore has remained intact over time. The interior design and rustic exterior combine in perfect harmony with the surrounding countryside. Looking from the windows of the old tower it is clear how the panorama is as it was in the past and the spirit of "old" Tuscany is still there waiting for it to be rediscovered by anyone who spends a holiday period at the Casale.
The village is divided into six apartments of different sizes but can also be rented as a private villa in its entirety. If rented separately, each apartment will have its own entrance, bedrooms, bathrooms, and private kitchen and customers will only share the outdoor spaces, including the swimming pool, with the other guests.
While, rented as a villa, customers will have the opportunity to enjoy the entire property privately and fully enjoy a holiday of relaxation and total independence. In this case the Sangioveto, Prugnolo, Cardisco and Morellino apartments will be unified with each other (with internal doors) and the entire farmhouse can accommodate up to 16 people.
All the apartments, and therefore the villa, have been furnished with great care by the owner, combining the old family furniture with original pieces of modern furniture.

Tolle Unterkunft

True Tuscan Experience
The grounds of this property are something out of a storybook. It was so beautiful and so peaceful. Anoniio was a perfect host and even helped us arrange some activities that we would not otherwise have known about. The Villa was rustic but clean and the bathroom small, however it is very authentic to the region and adds to the Tuscan experience. Please consider scheduling a massage as Helena is professional, friendly and amazingly good at what she does. Grazie Mille, Antonio and Helena!!

Great villa with magic views of tuscan countryside
Terrific Villa with great views over Tuscan hills right thru to San Gimignano. Great location for day trips. Swimming pool a terrific asset given the heat wave we experienced. Villa spacious with all amenities. Antonio & Alice extremely helpful for anything you needed. The only issue we had was wi-fi was not very good inside our villa. If that was better I would give them 6 stars.

We had the enjoyment of staying in the relaxed, clean, and comfortable lodging and grounds of Casa Di Villore... Antonio received us with a greeting even before getting out of the car... Wonderful experience... highly recommended for those who want a quiet surrounding and st the same time many accesssable ventures available by auto... driving was not a challenge and local vineyards and restaurants extremely welcoming...

Beautiful, quiet property in the Tuscany countryside.
We enjoyed our stay at this villa apartment. Antonio and his sister were welcoming and available if needed. The apartment is comfortable and a very nice size. However the shower is tiny. Our only issue was that the internet service and the stove burners didn’t work well. Antonio is upgrading the internet this week, so that should not be a problem for anyone else. The stove will hopefully be repaired soon. We stayed in Italy for three weeks all together, three nights at this property. In general everywhere we stayed, in Rome,Florence, and Tuscany, the internet is slow. It seems to be a countrywide problem, so expect that when visiting Italy.

Fantastic place and fantastic location.
My husband and I spent 4 nights in the apartment on the ground floor. It was amazingly large, clean and relaxing. A special bonus was being able to do laundry and hang it outside. Antonio was great in suggesting towns to visit and we drove to many places in the Tuscan countryside. Watching the sunset from comfortable chairs outdoors was a highlight of our stay. We can imagine coming again for an even longer stay.

Perfection!
What an amazing place - what an amazing treat! This flat in the heart of Tuscany was everything that you think of when imagining the perfect get-away in Italy. When Antonio opened the door and we walked into the place, the first words out of our mouths was "Wow …" Bright, sunny with great natural lighting, spacious and beautifully decorated, we felt immediately at home and at ease. The space was even better than it looks in the pictures - something that you can't always say these days with the tricks of camera angle and photo editing. We were very pleased.
The flat is part of a complex with six apartments and so in addition to being lovely we were able to meet and get to know a few other guests. One couple were there for their second visit which I think says a lot. Their reasons - it is just so quiet and peaceful, something that we can attest to as well - this is definitely the place to go if you want to relax. The pool was open (in mid-October) and beautiful. The whole place is situated at the top of the hill with great views to the west to take in the stunning Tuscan sunsets. From our apartment, we could also enjoy the sunrise from our kitchen and living room windows.
You definitely need a car to enjoy this place and the surrounding area. It is nicely situated about halfway between Florence and Siena. We drove down from Florence - an easy drive of about an hour. Poggibonsi can be a little confusing but we eventually found our destination. Antonio was helpful with suggestions about places to go and things to do. He also directed us to the Pan (local grocery store) which supplied us with all our needs. Of note, they also sell on site olive oil and wine (red and white) made from olives and grapes grown on the property. All items were good and reasonably priced.
Without question, I would highly recommend Il Casale di Villore for a dream Tuscan vacation. For us, it was truly the "cherry on top" of an almost month long European holiday. Thanks Antonio for helping to make it special.

Absolutely wonderful spot in Tuscany
We were welcomed the moment we arrived and Antonio was very helpful with all our questions. We had the Prugnolo suite and it was very spacious and comfortable. The views from the suite as well as from the property as a whole are incredible. You are located very close to Poggibonsi for regular shopping, Castellina and Radda are a short drive away and are very picturesque. Sienna and Florence are also short drives away for day tripping. Everything was clean and comfortable and nothing was missing that we needed for our stay. The view from the pool is probably our favorite. We will absolutely come back to stay again with Antonio.

Perfect Location, Great House
Since you're in the heart of Tuscany, we took day trips (< 1 hour) to Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, Castellina en Chianti and it was amazing. The digs are fantastic. Even better than a hotel. And of course, Antonio was there routinely to help with ANYTHING. Did I mention he speaks perfect English?
Had a great time. Will visit again.

1 bedroom 1 bathroom apt review
I totally enjoyed my week at this beautiful property. It was as advertised, clean, well-maintained and fabulous. Antonio was very helpful with surrounding tours. The other guests were delightful. The villa is located in the countryside 7 km from a small town that offered all the conveniences I needed i.e. groceries, freeway entrance, bus stop. The view from the infinity pool was picturesque, hilltop villas, wineries, vineyards and turns out, San Giminano. It was so relaxing walking the area and picking figs and grapes. We rested one day and easily visited nearby hill towns the next. The pizzeria Antonio recommended was outstanding. I highly recommend this property and would return in an instant.

Feels like home, just better! Perfect!
Stayed there for one week and didnt want to leave at the end so we just stayed one more night! Antonio is a great host and gives lots of insider reconmendations that you dont get anywhere else! The apartment and the whole surrounding was great and built with love! Splendid views over fields of wine and olive trees, the view from the pool is surreal beautiful! Nice walks in the evening! Close to highlight destinations such as San Giminagno, Florence and Siena! It definetely exceeded our expectations and we are looking forward to visit again. Highly recommended! Thank you for a great time Antonio!
