One of the highlights is certainly Lake LBJ, as it is one of only 2 constant level lakes in the area. But Horseshoe Bay, has so much more to offer. There are over 8 golf courses within 15 miles. Fredricksburg and all the hill country vineyards are within an hours drive of the property. Horseshoe Bay Resort has become a large draw with fun events and concerts as well as weddings. Marble Falls is 15 minutes away and has alot of the fun restaurants, bars and night life.

We have been renting summer vacation homes for our family vacations for the last 15 years. This is one of the best properties we have stayed at. Our family is three generations and consists of eleven people: six adults, three teenagers, and two smaller children. This home is perfect for us. We loved that each of the three families had their own space. The main house we used to play cards and games in the evening, and it was where we ate our main meals. The pool house also has a full kitchen. We enjoyed cooking out on the grill and used the pool daily. The kids loved the foosball table as well as the drawer of games available in the main house. Perfect house with lots of room!

We brought our whole family, grandparents and 3 adults with kids, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The rental is much more well stocked than other rentals we've stayed at before, and although we bought paper towels/toilet paper/etc, there was enough of everything stocked for our 4 day stay. We were extended a complimentary early check in and late check out, which was greatly appreciated with little ones and planning our travel days around nap times. It was really cold while we were there and we couldn't get the propane heaters to work on the patio, but the kids still had fun running around in the yard and playing on the patio. We had them heat the pool and the kids enjoyed that every night. Management was very responsive and even stopped by to change a lightbulb for us! She also helped us figure out the oven since we were having trouble with it. They were very receptive to our feedback and checked up on us during our stay. While we were there, we went to the Perissos Winery and the Longhorn Caverns and the guys were able to golf nearby. We enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again when the weather is nicer!

This beautiful home in Horseshoe Bay was the perfect spot for a guy’s weekend to host our fantasy football draft! Tons of space to watch games, a pool that was very refreshing, and two kitchens to cook in! Our only two knocks on the home were:
1. No twin cot was to be found as an additional bed. We notified the team of this and hopefully this will be resolved for future guests.
2. The propane grill needs a desperate cleaning. I’m an experienced griller and smoker on grills of all types and experienced two grease fires at low-medium heat due to grease buildup. I notified the team of this after our stay and I would imagine it will be cleaned properly!

Summer Family Vacation
When we arrived, to our total surprise, the Horseshoe Bay Management Group had laid out a spread of cheeses, grapes, strawberries, and other fruits, nuts, M&Ms, and a bottle of a Reserved Cabernet wine and a welcome note! Who does that? Talk about making an impact! We were a family group of 13 which included 11 adults and 2 five year old girls (our granddaughters. We would venture out everyday and return to the fabulous swimming pool and lounge in it until dinner time. The BBQ gas grill worked great! We had plenty of room to spare even though there were 13 of us. We definitely recommend this wonderful place to everyone. You'll love it!

Great Location
We stayed here for 5 days to do the Ford Bronco Off Rodeo event and also take in the sights in the area. The house is really well positioned for local activities and the drive is only about 1 hour to Austin which was great.
My only complaint is that the concierge service did not include any kind of itinerary or confirmation of dates with start times the week of the trip. It took multiple text messages to confirm our details and we had a schedule mixup as a result. I wish that process would be improved upon.

Our family group ages 2-81, enjoyed the pool, indoor games of cards and dominoes, and just being together! We cooked all meals and were pleased that there were several refrigerators on the property. We saw deer, birds, and squirrels on the property.

The house is perfect if you’re traveling with a large group. Separate pool house accommodations and upstairs game room for the kids while the adults were in the main house. Our friends and our family spent 2 nights in this property located in Horseshoe Bay to celebrate Christmas. It was such a great time! Our teens enjoyed playing in the swimming pool and the video game machine upstairs. Our adults enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, tea time in the patio and walking directly to the golf course. It is a spacious property and everything is organized and clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would like highly recommend to you!

The place was wonderful. Beautiful location. Plenty of room for our three families. Really spacious and comfortable for all 15 of us. Internet service was a bit spotty which made it hard to do any work from the location. This was alright since we predominately we’re not working. Overall a superb place. Some great memories were made!

2021 Christmas Vacation
My husband passed away in April of this year. Our family's first Christmas without our loved one. We wanted to have a different venue and be able to remember our loved one in a different setting. There were 15 in our group and it was a perfect place for us to stay. The seven grandkids stayed upstairs in their own area. Two of us stayed in the beautiful pool house and the rest stayed in the main house. We loved the porch around the both houses and spent lots of time eating and visiting on the porches. The heater on the pool did not work the first day but they were quick to get someone out to repair the problem and called to let me know they were refunding me for a day of the cost of heating the pool. They were very attentive to the property being as accommodating as possible. Everyone enjoyed the time we were there.

Lovely property. We had some issues with water (both pressure and hot water) in segments of the house, and internet was sporadic. This was an issue since some had to squeeze in meetings. Perfect Family Reunion
The property was wonderful for our 3 families!! Very clean, nicely furnished and plenty of space to spread out and enjoy ourselves. The pool was especially great after a day on the lake and we enjoyed walking the paths of the golf course in the evenings looking for errant golf balls with the kids. We had some communication problems in the beginning but the management company was very attentive in making sure our stay went well and we appreciated that. We highly recommend this property for larger groups of people. We will definitely be back!!
