The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this attractive 48 m², 3-bedroom apartment for rent in La Baule, 250 m from the beach and close to all amenities. The flat can accommodate up to 6 people and comprises a fully-equipped kitchen, a lounge area, two bedrooms, a shower room and a terrace. Wifi included, bed linen and towels extra.

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1 with 1 double bed (140x190) and storage space
- Bedroom 2 with 1 double bed (140x190) and storage space
- Bathroom with shower and washbasin
- Separate WC
Outside area :
- A 10 m² terrace with table and chairs, south-facing and sheltered.

The flat is ideally located in La Baule, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Très bon choix, bon emplacement
Appartement confortable, très pratique avec ses multiprises pour recharger portables et ordinateurs, terrasse agréable et très spacieuse, à proximité de la plage. Accueil chaleureux, nous avons été très bien entourés.
