The House is a newly remodeled 3 bedroom 1.5 bath in beautiful Bentonville AR. The House is wonderfully located to trails, museums, breweries and restaurants. Garage with 4 car driveway parking. Bike wash stand. Washer/dryer, laundry soap. Dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven ,coffee, sugar, cream, salt, pepper. All bedding. Towels. Hairdryer. First Aide kit. Iron, ironing board. The House is professionally cleaned and sanitized. 3 night minimum.

The place was very clean and gad everything needed. Its just outside of the downtown area and can be reached easily by bike or even walking. I liked the added features of a bike rack in the garage and wash station out back. Highly recommend.

The home was decorated and remodeled perfectly. We enjoyed our stay and the house was fabulous. The location was great for us. We were able to walk to downtown Bentonville and cycle every where from the house without having to even get in our car. We will be booking again soon.

The House was as advertised. Quiet cul de sac with close access to main roads, downtown, and bike paths. Hosts were very responsive to our questions. The bike wash out the side was great to rinse mud off after a day on the trails!

I met my Mom & sister at the Bentonville rental for a great 3-night stay. The house is super clean, the beds are comfy and the check in into the house was easy. I had great communication with the owners. Lots to do in this area. We enjoyed the Momentary museum, Crystal Bridges, walking to Airship Coffee, going to the Bentonville farmers market and taking a day trip to Eureka Springs. We enjoyed this rental and will book again.

We loved our stay at the Fantastic House! The interior was beautifully arranged and the appliances were so clean. Anne accommodated us through the check-in process (early!) and we appreciated the bike wash station in the garage. We highly recommend staying here!

The home was in beautiful condition, the 3 bedrooms were just the space we needed, and the living room/kitchen allowed us to feel completely at home. Internet was great, and we streamed a lot of Netflix to fill in the nights. Home owner was very responsive to our texted questions, and genuinely wanted to assist in our "fabulous stay" We are considering to stay again due to the great proximity to downtown, and the biking trails.

Two friends and myself (all women) stayed at The House and it was perfect! We were able to cook meals and wash our dirty bike clothes and bikes from the comfort of The House. We felt like the neighborhood was safe and conveniently located for all kinds of activities and locations to the trails. Definitely recommend staying here if you have a larger group and want your own space.

The House was very clean with comfortable beds, fluffy towels, and a kitchen with all the necessities. The garage was perfect for storing bikes and muddy gear. The bike wash was a feature I didn’t know we would need, but after riding through a couple muddy patches, we were very grateful for that amenity. The location is great; it’s just about a mile south of Slaughter Pen 3 and quick trip into beautiful downtown Bentonville. Anne was a great host. We would definitely stay here again!

This property fit our needs well. About one mile from downtown to the All American trailhead that gets you into world class Mtn Biking. The property was in good condition and clean. I would recommend to anyone staying in Bentonville.

Great property. Recently remodeled and close to the MTB trails. We rode 5 days in a row... ride in...ride out. We never touched a car. We used our bike lighting visiting the local restaurants.

Property owner was wonderful to work with us and accommodate our two different reschedule request. The house was check-in ready with many extras supplied. The full washer and dryer was awesome and needed to wash biking gear daily and the refrigerator with water and ice maker came in handy for filling water bottles. Full kitchen with dishwasher made it easy to store food and cook. The house was well thought out for the needs of guest. The set-up for bike washing and storage at the house was really great as well. We were able to ride our bikes to all desired stops such as bike shop. restaurants, coffee shops, and bike trails.

The House is nicely appointed. The beds are comfy. In fact, the whole place is comfy. The bike wash came in handy and the focus on mountainbiking made is feel that we were in the right place. The owner is great - very responsive and helpful.

Perfect Little Home for Bentonville Getaway

Our family of 5 travelled to Bentonville for a long weekend getaway in early October. This home was setup perfectly for us. Great location and just what we needed. While the home doesn't have a dining room, the kitchen was still well enough equipped for us to make breakfast and lunch at the house no problem and we were able to eat at the bar and in the connected dining room. The one minor issue we had was remediated quickly by our host, Anne. She was very quick to respond and pleasant to work with to get things right. We really enjoyed our stay and would do it again in a heartbeat. Thanks again Anne!

Renting this property was a renter's dream. From making the reservation to checkout, it was a breeze. The property manager (PM) contacted me within 24 hours of making the reservation. Check-in was as easy as opening a message from the PM. The property was clean. I hope it is available for the Bikes Blues BBQ event next year.

The House had great facilities to suite our every need. From quick breakfasts to a full dinner, the kitchen was well stocked with equipment to fuel our fun. The bike wash stand outside was awesome and the proximity to town made us feel like we were really connected to the rest of the area. Overall, wonderful experience.

The property worked great for us - 3 adults. The house was as advertised, recently updated, clean, and close to downtown. The bike rack in the garage was handy. It was a short walk to the restaurants downtown, but after a day of mountain biking we choose to drive. Plenty of free parking. Definitely would stay here again.

My husband and sons age 2-7y/o stayed around Memorial Day weekend. The house was sufficient size for our family. The bike wash was handy. My husband used it a few times. The location was great with just a short bike ride to down town. Anne was very responsive. We love Bentonville.
