Villa was very functional, fridge didnt get cold at all. No hot water past 8pm every night for some weird reason. Font door lock broke and we had no water in all bathrooms for one whole day. Had to keep calling the maintenance team. Over all very nice place to stay probably wont go back again due to these reasons above

A very well preseted Villa close to many amenities. Impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of the cleaners arriving daily. It was a pleasure to spend time in the secure and up to date environment of Villa Berlin. Would certainly recommend this Villa.

Love, love, loved this property, 6 bedrooms which were generous sized, the 4 bathrooms were good sized, the pool was terrific, great location in small laneway network, which made for a short walk to 2 big shopping streets, easy to get car or bike from Main Street (can be hard for cars to maneuver easily) not far from Bintang supermarket (5minute walk). Pool maintenance and housekeeping came everyday and Northern Estate who managed the property were so easy to contact and quick to respond to any questions. Had an absolutely fantastic holiday staying at Villa Berlin, happy to recommend

Amazing villa, very close to shops etc, staff were excellent and very welcoming and hospitable. The villa was super clean and refreshed everyday. I will definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

Overall we had a great stay at Villa Berlin! The location of this property was perfect, a few minutes walk to main streets, restaurants & Bintang supermarket. There was plenty of room for our party of 10 & the outdoor setting was our favourite part of the Villa. The villa itself is great however is a little tired & dated. The filtered water was well received. The management of the Villa were very attentive & helpful.

It was a really pleasure to stay to this villa. We were well welcomed. Every day, cleaning is made and the villa is near to the beach (15min walk). The communication was also very simple with the host. I recommend.

We had a great stay. Firstly, all the staff were super lovely and accommodating. Great to communicate with, kind, helpful, etc. Property was very clean and the cold drinking water machine was something i didnt know i needed in bali life, but we most certainly did. Maybe the decor is a little more dated than the photos however i think thats just standard everywhere in bali. The 6 bedrooms were great, plenty of room for all of us to hang out and stay. Location was excellent, close to the bintang supermarket, restaurants, beach. The place does come up in google maps too which was very helpful and a car can drive right to the door, even though they may not. We appreciate you having us there :)

This was our first visit to Bali and an experience with this Villa. The Villa is lovely and extremely well cared for by the property manager and the daily service staff. We also hired the chef for a couple of days over Christmas and the service and the food was exceptional. All communication leading up to and during our stay was promptly dealt with and nothing was too much trouble. There was only 1 downside to our stay. I hadn't really understood how open air the Villa was and how this might be an issue during the wet season. This is an oversight on my part. Open air bathrooms and open living during torrential rain did cause some minor challenges as rain swept in sideways in to the seating areas making it uncomfortable to sit at times and the tiled floor slippery. Some retractable blinds closing off the rain would have helped here and we offer this as a suggestion. However apart from this one thing the Villa was well cared for, as described and we had a great stay, thank you.

This place is not the quality of the advertising material used it is old and run down lack of maintenance created sleepless nights as the water pump kept cutting in the up stairs bathroom couldn’t be used as grey water would fill the bathroom The downstairs bathroom toilet had to be turned off as it kept running The kitchen sink tap continuously dripped The place needs a good clean The last few day the cleaning staff didn’t bother to leave clean towels and where there for very short period of time This was reported but nothing was done

Clean, as per photos, nothing disappointed. Idham was available for anything we needed from airport pick up, tours and transfers to other accommodation, he even sorted our transfers AFTER we had left the villa and needed to get back to the airport from another part of Bali. Close to a main street, but also some fantastic local places (2 minute walk to great and cheap nasi goreng). Quiet, not on main street so secluded and safe, while not being far from all you need. Wifi, clean water, amenities all great Daily Cleaners were incredible and helpful, very friendly. Asked them to get some small things for us or how we could get them and they always delivered with no complaint or extra cost. Overall the stay was great and I would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing time here with my staff for a belated Christmas party week. Was the perfect spot near all the cafes bars and shops. And tattoo parlors!! The staff and drivers there were impeccable. They couldn’t help us enough. The villa is clean and wonderful. An amazing week here.
