Very nice room, the staff were good and the breakfast (which was included in with the price) was excellent.

Lovely stay, with all what you need, but would have preferred a bit more silence.

Location and staff were great, rooms had everything you may need for a comfortable stay. Parking is on site but paid. Essenials are supplied. Kettle and basic tea and coffee was supplied, which I found really helpful while studying. All major points are within 5-10 mins walk, great value

Very thin walls, I could easily hear neighbours talking. Smell in the hotel was not pleasant and was everywhere. I don't know what is it, but this is the one thing I felt that would be making me think twice before re-booking here. Shower was very tricky to use and it took quite some time to adjust.

Central, clean, comfortable and quiet.

Excellent central location. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the bed was really comfortable. Fab walk-in shower - none of the clambering into a bath to take a shower! We had two rooms at the back of the property which were really quiet. Parking was easy. Breakfast was great. Continental or full English cooked breakfast. Great coffee too. Bar and Grill menu was varied enough for our evening meal. Staff were all polite and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to return if necessary. THANK YOU.

Good location for an overnight stay in Hull

I liked the location, close to the centre. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I also liked the old building. Car parking is easy and cheap across the road at St Stephens. Plenty of shops nearby if you have forgotten anything

The walls are a bit thin so there was some noise. Take your earplugs if this bothers you

Great Location, Beautiful building, but needs new beds

Breakfast was ok but limited to 8 items. Building was really nice, the 3 bedroom apartment we had was more than adequate with great facilities including washer, cooker, 2 bathrooms.

The beds were ridiculously noisy, you couldn't move without waking yourself up due to it creaking. It also took us 3 attempts to get the cards working to allow the 3 of us to get in through the main building door, which was annoying walking back and forth in the rain to reception and back.

A net or screen for the floor level rooms might be an aid rather than pedestrians walking past into the room? Might be good to check the shower soap. the room was supposed to be a deluxe double. We had one night so was ok but not deluxe. the parking was on sight but needed an app. Na I can not do these as the phone system for parking was disabled ??

Great value for money.

Was cheap enough but still very clean and in a great location for the hospital and right next to train station. Staff were all very polite and accommodating. Bedroom was nice, however the bathtub plug slightly let out water but nothing major. Overall a great hotel for money.

As I was right next to the lift i could hear it a little bit at night but not too disturbing.

Very peaceful and relaxing.

The staff were lovely at this property. The rooms are very spacious and nicely furnished. The hotel itself seems to be very central, with a shopping centre just across the road from it. The use of a car park on the property as well is so convenient.

The building is tired, the carpets old and the rooms were like student accommodation. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel.
