Welcome to our family custom build log cabin!
We are happy to share our vacation cabin with our respectful guests!
The cabin is suitable for 2-4 families' year-round gatherings! 3000 Sq.Ft. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on each level.
We have 2 booking seasons.
High season from Memorial Day through Labor Day, also main holidays with minimum 3 nights stay and low season from mid-September through mid-May with minimum 2 nights stay.

This beautiful custom designed & built in 2009- Meadow Valley Log Home is tucked away in the tall pine tree woods, just north of the Wisconsin Dells along the Wisconsin River. This is not waterfront property!
The Buffalo Ridge subdivision is located about 9 miles (10 minutes drive) north of The Wisconsin Dells just off Interstate 90 at the exit 79 for County Road HH, half-way between the Dells and Castle Rock Lake. Close to everything . ( Championship golf courses, horse back riding, fine dining and family entertainment, sand beaches, water parks, skiing, atv and snow mobile tracks, kayaking and tubing, state parks, water parks and everything else- what you can imaging for year-round activities for all ages.)
The cabin is on the 3rd largest home sites,on 2.4 acres at the inside corner of the "L" shaped cul-de-sac. All home sites have river access at the Our Association Doc next to Lot 1 (about 150 yard south from cabin). For a small fee you can use the Boat Launch at the Ho-Chunk RV Resort adjacent to and directly north of the cabin.
This warm, cozy and modern with rustic touch 3000 plus sq. ft. log home has all the comforts you need for a year-round retreat in the woods . Fully furnished, 4 bedroom, 3 3/4 baths, with a finished basement. Detached 2 car garage with a full loft & concrete patio, 3 decks (1 covered). On 2.4 acres. Wooded lot with mature pines in a nice quiet secluded location.

-Three floor levels with loft
-Main floor has two bedrooms (one with queen bed, second with two full and one bunk beds) 3/4 bathroom, Kitchen with island, granite counter tops and open floor plan which extends to living room and dining area. Kitchen easily accommodates large group . It is furnished with stainless steel appliances and utensils and pots. Custom built stone wood fireplace with large leather sectional sofa and live edge dinning table sits about 10 people and 2 additional seats are at the breakfast bar and also in basement ( table, chairs). Large tv 65 inch.
- The decks extends from living room and main bedroom overlooks fire pit with tall pines trees.
-In basement is recreational room featuring 50 inch tv with dvd,x-box,foos ball table, boards games,custom gas fireplace. Includes one bedroom (2 Queen Beds) and 3/4 bath.
-Third floor open loft has separate bathroom with one queen bed, 2 twin beds and full bed futon.

We stayed in this cabin for 4 nights. It is exactly as pictured. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Loved the location. Would stay again.

The cabin was perfect for a family stay. My wife and I hosted our son and his wife with their two children and our daughter and her husband with their two children. Each family had their own private space. Our granddaughters enjoyed being able to sleep together in their own room. The kitchen table sat 10 which worked out perfectly. The cabin was neat and clean and well supplied. The propane grill was top of the line. Ziggy was easy to communicate with. It was a great weekend.

The cabin is beautiful! It was very clean and well supplied. We had no issues with enough room for 13 people. We only had one small issue (broken chair) that was handled immediately. Communication with the owner was very prompt, thorough and courteous. A very peaceful and pretty location. We highly recommend this cabin to anyone wanting a quiet getaway that is also close to the many activities in the Dells!

Everything about the house was very nice and we were considering booking again. The driveway that was a drive-thru was great as it allowed us to park our boat and just go out the other side. However, the property surrounding the house was very brushy and overgrown. This most likely contributed to the overabundance of mosquitos. For this reason, it is unlikely we will book it again.

We loved the quiet, pine tree setting and close proximity to the Dells and Wisconsin River. Wonderful amenities. Our only unfulfilled wish was for a screened in porch.

The cabin was perfect and beautiful, the location was secluded and quiet, the amenities offered everything we could imagine. We had a great time despite rain every day, so we didnt get a chance to use fire pit or make smores. Ziggy was responsive to questions and flexible with minor changes due to weather. Thank you for the beautiful place to stay! We enjoyed the guest book entries as well. Great experience!

We had ten guys staying in here for two nights for a golf weekend. On the second day it rained all day and we spent almost the entire day inside but the spaciousness and comfort of the home made this very doable.

This cabin was a perfect family getaway spot for my husband and I to catch-up with his parents and sister plus her husband and son. It was very cozy and definitely the vibe we were going for -- just wanted to relax, cook food, have a fire, and play games. It was relatively close to town too for Saturday when we wanted to get out for lunch and activities. The cabin is beautiful and had plenty of sleeping options for our group of 6 adults and 1 small child--especially liked that there were toys available for my nephew to play with. All in all, a very nice cozy cabin weekend away catching up with family.

The cabin was a great, cozy getaway for our NYE weekend. Everybody enjoyed the vibe of the house and it comfortably slept 9 adults. A great big dining table for all of us to gather around as well. Would recommend for a winter getaway!

We had a perfect stay with our extended family. The cabin was just as beautiful as shown in pictures, though honestly I’m not sure they do it justice! It was so lovely, and the owners made check-in and check out process very easy. Very clear instructions, and we had everything we needed. We’re looking forward to booking again another time!

First time staying in a cabin on Christmas. Always been on bucket list for me and my kids, let's just say I will totally do it again me and my family loved this so much. The house is literally perfect everything you need plus more. We packed games for the kids to play and didn't even have too they literally had everything. So peace and quite, the weather was perfect for our bomb fire we had. This was literally the perfect get away, I was so relaxed and at peace. Really wish I can go on about the details you will just have to go book this cabin and see for your self.

We enjoyed every minute we spent here. The moment we arrived me knew it will be a great experience. We loved the fresh air and all the trees around us. The weather served us well. Place is very clean we loved that . Internet connection very good. Costumer service was great it was very easy to communicate with the owners. We will definitely book again and we are very excited to plan another trip here again in the future .

We had our sibling weekend with our significant others. We really enjoyed the house. The layout of the house fit us very well. We really enjoyed the neighborhood, quiet and peaceful. We took some nice walks and enjoyed the fire pit. Yes we would definitely stay at this house again.

We found the property very nice and well supplied with everything we needed. Our entire family enjoyed themselves. This was my first experience with VRBO so, very early, I checked into available properties large enough to hold our entire family,my wife and I, children and grandchildren, we were 15 in all. I wanted to find a place large enough that was pretty secluded yet close enough to attractions that the family would enjoy and this fit the bill nicely. I thought the rates were very appropriate for the very house.
The one thing I had a problem with was the check out time. We were told when we made our reservation that check in was after 4:00 pm on 8-2 and check out time was 11:00 a.m. on 8-5. I received a text from the owner on 8-1 telling me that we could check in after 4:00 the next day but "check out way before 11 AM on Saturday. We have guests coming the same day." I felt that this wasn't reasonable as we had fifteen people to get up, clean up (with 3 bathrooms), get dressed, pack, take care of stripping the beds and doing the rest of the "check out procedure" ad be out "way before" 11:00 a.m. We managed to get everything done and out by 8:30 but had to eat breakfast elsewhere and some of the family was irritated that they had to rush.
When I was checking the house before we left I found that the frame on the futon was broken (not by us) and I reported it to the owner. One thing I would suggest would be to install grab bars in the showers for safety.

Not only was the property itself beautiful, but the location was perfect. We were close enough to visit the Dells daily for water parks and tourist things, but just a close drive back to the peace and tranquility of the log cabin. We loved the river access as well, and fished, paddleboarded and explored the sandbar in the middle due to low water levels.
Cabin was clean, comfortable and well appointed with games, fishing poles, outdoor toys, etc. A great time was had by all!

It’s always nerve wracking to book something online without even having been to the area. This property was everything advertised and more. I wouldn’t hesitate to book it again. It was just close enough to downtown Dells that it was accessible for a day at Timbavarti, came back to rest, then mini-golf that night. We also had a great day at the new Land of Natura then came back and had a fire that night and a nice walk to the river. Very peaceful and beautiful. We had fun cooking out and relaxing. Thanks for sharing your place with us!
